地工織布過濾污泥之模型試驗

Model Test Of Geotextiles Filter Sludge

摘要


本研究透過進行瓶杯試驗(Jar Test)來了解不同重量百分濃度、細顆粒組成、添加不同高分子凝集劑下之水庫淤泥、民生污泥、河川底泥、紅土之絮凝情形與加藥量,再對其進行變水頭試驗,針對正向透水率、儀器內污泥含水率和濾出液水質分析等加以探討,比較比較組跟對照組其試驗結果,以了解織布對於污泥過濾之效果及水質淨化,再依據變水頭試驗結果挑選出較合適之地工織布進行3種尺寸的掛袋試驗(hanging bag test)作為進行現地地工織布管(geotextile tubes)試驗之參考。 比較分析變水頭試驗與掛袋試驗結果,發現織布W8,經向為複絲3000(丹尼),緯向為複絲3000(丹尼),經緯密34×10(根/吋),表觀開孔徑AOS=0.075 (mm),正向透水率(φ,permittivity)=0.46(1/s),厚度=1.7,在水庫淤泥、河川底泥等淨水汙泥之排水效果優於種織布W1與W3。較適合民生汙泥過濾脫水使用的則為織布W1,經向圓絲1300(丹尼),緯向複絲2700(丹尼),經緯密29×23(根/吋),表觀開孔徑AOS=0.3 (mm),正向透水率(φ,permittivity)=0.43(1/s),厚度=2.26,紅土則使用織布W3較佳,經向扁絲1000(丹尼),緯向圓絲950(丹尼),經緯密17×25(根/吋),表觀開孔徑AOS=0.19(mm),正向透水率(φ,permittivity)=0.52(1/s),厚度=0.67。

This study figure out the different weight percent concentration, fine particles composition, and add different polymer into reservoir sediment river bed sediment, and clay to running Jar Test. Meanwhile it analyzes the situation of flocculate, and then tests the falling head. The study focuses on analyze permittivity, the water content rate of the machine and filter water, and compare two result of different groups(example group vs. control group)to realize the filter effects of the geotextile and water quality analysis. Finally,the study according to the result of falling head test to choose the better handing bag test (three different sizes)to be the reference of geotextile tubes testing now. A comparison of the results of falling head test and hanging bag test finds that the drainage effect of geotextile W8 which machine direction is multifilament 3000 (Denier) and cross machine direction is multifilament 3000 (Denier), and machine direction and cross e direction density 34×10(F/in) with an apparent open size AOS of 0.075mm, permittivity φ=0.46(1/s) as well as a thickness of 1.7mm in life sludge such as in reservoir sediment and river bed sediment are better than that of geotextile W1and W3. But for life sludge filtering dehydration it is better to use geotextile W1 which machine direction is round wire 1300 (Denier) and cross machine direction is multifilament 2700 (Denier), and machine direction and cross direction density 29×23(F/in)with an apparent open size AOS of 0.3mm, permittivity φ=0.43(1/s) as well as its thickness of 2.26mm while geotextile W3which machine direction is slit-film 1000 (Denier) and cross machine direction is round wire 950 (Denier), and machine direction and cross direction density 17×25(F/in) with its apparent open size of 0.19mm, its permittivity of 0.52(1/s) and 0.67 thickness is more suitable for the clay.
