台中市安置離院少年接受自立生活追蹤輔導之經驗:服務使用者的觀點

本研究以服務使用者的視角探討自立少年在離院前對自立生活追蹤服務的認識及感受，以及在台中接受自立生活服務的感受及經驗，最後討論適切服務使用者的服務方式。本研究以質性研究取向，並採半結構式的深度訪談為主要將蒐集並加以分析、整理後達資料飽和進行分析、脈絡式編碼、分類後依主題撰寫論文。研究者將其觀察之紀錄以匿名的方式，進行分析與探討。研究發現分別為1.方案進場時機影響服務的模式、2.方案社工的服務模式對服務對象的重要性、3.個別化的服務適切受訪者需要、4.法定結案是另一段關係的開始、5.方案對自立少年有的成長及改變、6.建立多面向的課程及活動、7. 法定服務一年為服務基礎，會隨少年需求調整服務的期程。方案建議部分在法令制度面上包括1.再思考結案時間的適當性、2.離院政策的轉銜制度落實。組織層面上包括1.自立生活輔導社工的多元化的知識及技能培力、2.建立完善的督導制度。方案執行面上包括1.自立生活輔導單位和安置機構的合作落實、2.以個別化原則彈性調整服務方式與頻率。

From the perspective of service users, this study explores the awareness and experience of self-supporting teenagers about self-supporting life tracking services before leaving the hospital, as well as their feelings and experiences in receiving self-supporting life services in Taichung, and finally discusses the appropriate service methods for service users. This study is based on qualitative research,the semi-structured in-depth interviews will be collected and analyzed, organized, and analyzed for saturation, context coding, and classification.The researchers recorded their observations in an anonymous manner,conduct analysis and discussion. The research findings are: 1. The timing of the entry of the scheme affects the service model, 2. The importance of the service model of the social worker of the scheme to the clients, 3. The individualized service is suitable for the needs of the respondents, 4. The legal settlement is another relationship Beginning, 5. The growth and changes of the plan for independent teenagers, 6. The establishment of multi-faceted courses and activities, 7. The statutory service is based on one year of service, and the service schedule will be adjusted according to the needs of teenagers. The proposal part of the plan includes 1. reconsidering the appropriateness of the closing time, and 2. the implementation of the transition system of the policy of leaving the hospital. At the organizational level, it includes 1. Diversified knowledge and skills training of self-supporting life counseling social workers, and 2. Establishing a sound supervision system. The implementation of the plan includes 1. the cooperation and implementation of the self-supporting life counseling unit and the resettlement agency, and 2.Flexible adjustment of service methods and frequency based on the principle of individualization.
