為深入瞭解原住民婦女之求助過程,本研究之目的旨在瞭解原住民婦女求助前遭遇之問題、原有的解決方式及求助家庭中心之求助歷程。本研究共訪問九位居住於原鄉部落且使用家庭中心服務之原住民婦女,並且依據研究之結果,繪製出原住民婦女之求助歷程圖。 本研究發現以下幾點: 一、原住民婦女遭遇之問題與成因。 二、原住民婦女遭遇問題之解決方式。 三、影響原住民婦女之求助因素。 四、影響原住民婦女使用家庭中心服務之因素。 五、原住民婦女之問題解決情形。 六、家庭中心對部落及原住民婦女之重要性。 七、原住民婦女之求助歷程。 本研究發現,原住民婦女求助時使用「自我因應」與「非正式支持系統」之時間可能重疊;另外,本研究更發現「非正式支持系統之引介」為重要影響原住民婦女使用正式資源之因素。最後,依據研究結果,提出對原住民婦女相關政策與實務之建議,希冀能透過政策之制定與實務之執行有效協助原住民婦女遭遇之問題。
To understand the help-seeking process of indigenous women, the study proposes to find what problems they encountered and the way they used to solve problems. The study interviewed nine cases of the Center for Indigenous Family Service. Key findings of the study are as follows: 1.The problems and causes of indigenous women. 2.The way that indigenous women solved problems. 3.The factors influencing indigenous women help-seeking. 4.The factors influencing indigenous women seeking for Center for Indigenous Family Service. 5.The situation of problem-solving of indigenous women. 6.The important of Center for Indigenous Family Service for tribe and indigenous women. 7.The help-seeking process of indigenous women. Different from other findings, the study finds that indigenous women use both “solve by onself” and “solve by informal support system” simultaneously. The study finds that “informal support system” is an important intermediation for seeking formal support for indigenous women. According to the findings, the study proposes suggestions helpful for indigenous women in problem-solving from aspects of policy and practice.
