南投縣國民小學教師知覺教育資源與教育品質關係之研究

A Research of Teachers Perception the Relationship between Educational Resources and Educational Quality in the Elementary School in Nantou County

摘要


本研究旨在探討南投縣國民小學教師知覺教育資源與教育品質關係之現況,並探討不同背景變項的南投縣國民小學教師教育品質與教育資源知覺程度及差異情形,並進一步的分析教育品質與教育資源相關情形。 本研究以南投縣公立國民小學教師為研究母群體,依文獻探討與研究架構編制「南投縣國民小學教師知覺與教育品質關係之研究調查問卷」,並依照學校所在地區(一般學校與偏遠)進行分層隨機抽樣,共計抽取605名學校教師為研究對象,其中有效樣本為439份,回收率為72.56%。調查資料回收整理後,分別以敘述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、皮爾森積差相關分析與多元迴歸分析等統計方法分析研究結果,歸納出以下結論: 一、南投縣之教師教育資源認知情形良好,其中以「人力資源」層面的得分最高,平均分數為3.59。 二、南投縣之教師教育品質認知情形良好,其中以「課程教學」層面的得分最高,平均分數為3.87。 三、國民小學教師對教育資源知覺之各層面因不同年齡、職務、服務年資有顯著差異。 四、南投縣國民小學教師對教育品質知覺之各層面因學校規模不同而有顯著差異。 五、南投縣國民小學教育資源與教育品質兩者之間有正相關,各層面皆達顯著,其相關係數為.340介於.669之間(p<.01)。 六、南投縣國民小學教育資源對教育品質具有預測力,教育資源的四個層面中的「人力資源」、「物力資源」、「財力資源」、「資訊資源」,除了「物力資源」對教育品質四個層面都沒有預測力;「財力資源」則是對「課程教學」和「資源整合」沒有預測力,其教育資源之「人力資源」與「資訊資源」皆對教育品質之四個層面能有效預測。 綜合上述研究果,提出建議以供教育行政機關、國民小學以及未來相關研究參考。

The study aims to explore teacher’s perception of the educational resources of the educational quality in the elementay schools in Nantou County, and explores the educational quality and educational resource perception of differences Natou County elementary school teachers with different background. The population was teachers from public elementary schools in Nantou County. Based on finding from previous studies, the self developed ‘A Research of teachers perception the Relationship between Educational Resources and Educational Quality in the Elementary School in Nantou County’, and stratified random sampling, 605 teachers were selected as the particpants, A total 427 samples were vaild and the return rate was 72.56%. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, Independent samples t-test, ANOVA, pearson product-moment correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis. The conclusions were as follows: 1.The educational resources among elementary schools in Nantou County was satisfactory, with “human resources” topped the rank(M=3.59) 2.The educational quality among elementary schools in Nantou County was satisfactory, with “course teaching” topped the rank(M=3.87) 3.Significant differences in educational resources existed due to different ages, roles, and length of service. 4.Significant differences in educational quality models existed due to different school sizes. 5.There was a postive correlation between educational resouerces and educational quality by elementary schools in Nantou County, with correlation coefficent between .304 to .669.(p<.01) 6.The educational resources of Nantou County elementary school are predictive of the educational quality. The "human resources", "material resources", "financial resources" and "information resources" in the four levels of educational resources, in addition to "material resources", the quality of education There is no predictive power at all levels. "Financial Resources" has no predictive power for "course teaching" and "resource integration". The "human resources" and "information resources" of its educational resources are effective for the four levels of educational quality. Based on the above research results, recommendations are made for educational administrations, elementary schools, and future research.
