旅館從業人員人格特質、工作價值觀對工作投入之關係探討

摘要


本研究旨在探討旅館從業人員人格特質、工作價值觀對工作投入之影響,並以南投縣的旅館從業人員為研究對象進行問卷調查,共發出了450份問卷,回收有效樣本321份,有效樣本回收率為71.3%。回收問卷經過資料編碼及建檔後採取了基本資料分析、信效度分析、描述性統計、相關分析、階層迴歸分析等統計方法,透過上述統計分析的實證結果,歸納出重點結論如下: 一、 人格特質之外向性、和善性與嚴謹自律性對工作投入有正向顯著影響。 二、 內在價值能正向預測工作投入。 三、 薪酬價值能負向預測工作投入。 四、 內在價值對和善性、嚴謹自律性特質與工作投入間有正向調節效果。 五、 薪酬價值對和善性、嚴謹自律性特質與工作投入間有負向調節效果。 本研究並依據研究結果,針對旅館業管理者提出相關建議。

The purpose of this research is to explore the impact of hotel employees’ personality traits and work values on job involvement. A questionnaire survey was conducted with hotel employees in Nantou County. A total of 450 questionnaires were sent out, and 321 valid samples were recovered. The rate is 71.3%. After data coding and filing, the recovered questionnaire adopts statistical methods such as basic data analysis, reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and class regression analysis. Based on the empirical results of the above statistical analysis, the key conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. Individuals with higher personality traits, extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness have a significant impact on their job involvement. 2. Individuals with higher internal value can positively predict their job involvement. 3. Individuals with higher salary value can negatively predict their job involvement. 4. Internal value has a positive moderate effect on the relationship between different personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness) and job involvement. 5. Salary value has a negative moderate effect on the relationship between different personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness) and job involvement. Based on the research results, this research puts forward relevant recommendations for the travel and accommodation industry managers.
