國中生全球暖化、低碳飲食知識與低碳飲食行為意向關係之研究

A Study on the relationship among Knowledge of Global Warming, Low-Carbon Diet and Behavior Intention of Low-Carbon Diet of Junior high School Students

摘要


隨著全球暖化的速度及程度越來越嚴重,極端氣候帶來的災害與造成對人類文明的威脅也越來越大,如何在經濟發展的同時兼顧生態環境的保護與物種的保育,儼然成為本世紀人類最重要的課題。教育部推動環境教育已行之多年,而108課綱中也一再強調環境教育議題應融入課程中,以培養學生具備足夠的知識與能力來面對未來暖化對人類的挑戰。有鑑於此,本研究旨在探討國中生全球暖化、低碳飲食知識與低碳飲食行為意向之關係,研究目的在於探討國中生全球暖化、低碳飲食知識與低碳飲食行為意向之情況;不同個人背景變項的國中生在全球暖化、低碳飲食知識與低碳飲食行為意向是否具有差異情形;國中生全球暖化、低碳飲食知識與低碳飲食行為意向的相關情形;國中生全球暖化、低碳飲食知識與低碳飲食行為意向的預測力。本研究以埔里鎮大成、宏仁及埔里三所國中的學生為研究對象,採取分層群集抽樣,共發放380份正式問卷,回收376份,問卷回收率為89.5%,針對問卷調查所得結果,以SPSS 23.0統計軟體進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關與多元迴歸分析等統計分析之。 本研究所獲得之結論分述如下: 一、國中生對於全球暖化知識具有中等以上之認知。 二、國中生對於低碳飲食知識具有中等以上之認知。 三、國中生在低碳飲食行為意向上有中等之表現。 四、國中生在全球暖化知識上會因年級與父親教育程度而有顯著差異。 五、國中生在低碳飲食知識上會因年級與父親教育程度而有顯著差異。 六、國中生在低碳飲食行為意向上會因性別、父親教育程度以及母親教育程度而有顯著差異。 七、國中生全球暖化、低碳飲食知識與低碳飲食行為意向均達顯著正相關。 八、國中生之全球暖化知識對低碳飲食行為意向具有預測力,但七年級對低碳飲食行為意向的預測力更高。

With the tension of heavy global warming, extreme weather events bring the mass natural disaster and threaten the human culture drastically. In the 21st century, all we have to face is how would we maintain to develop of economy and protect the environment balance between climate changing and beings. As the Ministry of Education has been promoting the Environmental Eudcation for a long time, the Master Framework for the 12-year Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines emphasize that the Environment Education should be combined with the courses to let students have the basic knowledge and ability to face the climate changing challenge. In the light of this, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Knowledge of Global Warming, Low-Carbon Diet and Behavior Intention of Low-Carbon Diet of Junior high School Students. And to explore whether differences in personal background between Knowledge of Global Warming,Low-Carbon Diet and Behavior Intention of Low-Carbon Diet of Junior high School Students. This study invited students from three junior high schools in Puli Township, including: Da-Cheng junior high school, Hong-Ren junior high school and Pu-li junior high school. A Total of 380 questionnaires were distributed, 376 copies were returned, for a valid response rate of 89.5%. According to the results of the questionnaires, using SPSS 23.0 statistical software to conduct descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions which are obtained by this research are described below: 1.Junior high student have medium degree of Global Warming Knowledge. 2.Junior high student have higher medium degree of Low-Carbon Diet Knowledge. 3.Junior high student have higher medium degree of Behavior Intention of Low-Carbon Diet. 4.The influencing factors of Global Warming Knowledge, including: age and level of father's educational background. 5.The influencing factors of Low-Carbon Diet Knowledge, including: age and level of father's educational background. 6.The influencing factors of Low-Carbon Diet Behavior Intention, including: age, level of mother's and father's educational background. 7.There were positive correlation among the junior high student's Global Warming, Knowledge of Low-Carbon Diet and Behavior Intention of Low-Carbon Diet. 8.Junior high student's Knowledge of Global Warming predicted Behavior Intention of Low-Carbon Diet ,and the seventh graders have higher predicted about Behavior Intention of Low-Carbon.
