國中教師對新臺灣之子的教導適應及外籍配偶教養子女方式之研究

摘要


論文摘要 本研究主要目的在研究國中教師對新臺灣之子的教育影響。 本研究採質性研究訪談40位國中教師,30位外籍配偶及30位新臺灣之子,國中教師再針對自己任教班級中之新臺灣之子每班2-3 位做訪談,最後由研究者親自確認後再將結果以文字敘述出其關聯性,得致以下結論: 一、國中教師與新臺灣之子在教學與學習上互動交流愈好,則新臺灣之子學習成效愈佳。 二、外籍配偶與新臺灣之子親子互動愈佳,則新臺灣之子學習成效愈優。 三、國中教師與外籍配偶親師溝通良好,能配合因應解決新臺灣之子教育問題。 四、國中教師與外籍配偶達成共識,為新臺灣之子實施多元教育,則新臺灣之子愈有更佳的發展空間。 五、外籍配偶能善用適切的教養方式,則新臺灣之子在校學習成效愈高。 最後根據上述所得之結果,本研究者欲號召更多國中教師付出更多教育愛,那麼這群「新臺灣之子」將能在多元教育下更開心地展現自己的潛能。並藉此破除外界刻板印象,同時為外籍配偶紓解教養新臺灣之子的身心壓力。 關鍵詞:國中教師;外籍配偶;新臺灣之子

Abstract A main goal in our reaserch is to study how influences of a teacher’s education to new Taiwanese children on junior high school. Using qualitative research, we interview with 40 junior high school teachers, 30 foreign spouses and 30 new Taiwanese Children . Besides , teachers on Junior High School interview 2~3 students of New Taiwanese Children in their class. Researcher do the check personally in the end, then writing down the relationship of result. Then we have conclusions as following: 1. The more interaction between teachers on junior high school and new Taiwanese Children, the better achievement of new Taiwanese Children’s learning. 2. The more interaction between foreign spouses and their children, the better achievement of new Taiwanese Children’s learning. 3. It can help to solve the problems of new Taiwanese Children’s education, if teachers on junior high school and foreign spouses have enough communication. 4. There are more possibility of new Taiwanese Children’s developments, if teachers on junior high school and foreign spouses can reach anagreement and develop multicultural education. 5. The fitter of rear method of foreign spouses use, the better of achievement of new Taiwanese Children’s learning. According to the reasons above mention, we hope more and more of teachers on junior high school can pay more enthusiasm of education. Then, these children will have potential under multicultural education. At the same time, we hope to break the mechanical impression and to relieve the pressure on those foreign spouses.
