高科技產業從業人員正向心理、休閒行為與工作壓力之相關研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討高科技從業人員的正向心理特質與休閒參與在工作壓力上的關係。本研究依據理論與文獻建立研究變項與架構,以某日商电子科技有限公司大陸廠與臺灣廠的員工為研究對象,使用正負向情感量表、休閒參與量表與工作壓力量表進行問卷調查,取得有效樣本290位。所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關和階層迴歸分析進行研究分析。 本研究結果發現:(1)高科技從業人員傾向「正向情感」;(2)高科技從業人員參與休閒活動頻率不高;(3)高科技從業人員的工作壓力無偏高的情形;(4)高科技從業人員的休閒參與類型在性別上達部分顯著;(5)高科技從業人員的休閒參與類型與工作壓力在年齡上達部分顯著;(6)高科技從業人員的休閒參與類型在教育程度上達部分顯著;(7)高科技從業人員的工作壓力在婚姻狀況上達顯著;(8)高科技從業人員的休閒參與類型在宗教信仰上達部分顯著;(9)高科技從業人員的正向心理在子女狀況上達部分顯著;(10)高科技從業人員的工作壓力在子女狀況上達顯著;(10)高科技從業人員的正向情感與工作壓力呈現顯著負相關;高科技從業人員的負向情感與工作壓力呈現顯著正相關;(10)高科技從業人員的休閒參與類型中的「大眾媒體類」、「戶外活動類」、「文化活動」與工作壓力呈現顯著負相關;(10)高科技從業人員的正負向情感與休閒參與中的「戶外活動類」能解釋工作壓力。 最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並進一步提出建議,以供高科技高階管理者及高科技從業人員以及後續研究作為參考。 關鍵字:正向心理、正向情緒、負向情緒、休閒參與、工作壓力

The aim of this study is to explore the relationship of High Tech Industries workers’ positive psychology, leisure activities and work stress.This study using the theory and reference materials to make up the structures and variable, using the employees from Mektec Zhuhai Manufacturing Company in mainland China and Mektec Taiwan Manufacturing Company in Taiwan as objects of study. Using Positive and Negative emotion Scale, Leisure Activities Involvements Scale, Work Stress Scale as survey questionnaires. The obtained results from the survey are analyzed by using Descriptive statistics, t-test of independent samples, one-way analysis of variance, product-moment correlation of Pearson and multiple stepwise regressions. This study discovers: 1. High Tech industries workers incline towards “positive emotions”. 2. High Tech industries workers have no high involvement in leisure activities. 3. High Tech industries workers have no high work stress. 4. High Tech industries workers’ involvement in different types of leisure activities and their gender has some significance. 5.High Tech industries workers’ involvement in different types of leisure activities and their ages has some significance. 6.High Tech industries employees’s invlolment in different types of leisure activities and their educational levels have some significance. 7.High Tech industries workers’ work stress and their marital statuses have some significance. 8.High Tech industries workers’ involvement in different types of leisure activities and their religions has some significance. 9.High Tech industries workers’ positive phycology and whether they have children or not have some significance. 10.High Tech industries workers’ positive emotions and work stress has significant negative co-relations and High Tech industries employees’ negative emotions and work stress has significant positive co-relations. 11.High Tech industries workers’ involvement in “Public Medias”, “Out-Door Activities, Cultural activities and Work Stress have significant negative co-relations. 12.High Tech industries workers’ positive and negative emotions and outdoor activities could be used to predict the work stress. Lastly, based on the findings of this research, we have further making suggestions, to serve as a future reference materials of top management of High Tech industries and also for other future studies.
