台灣的「工業4.0」在智慧機械化下,鼓勵與國際合作,開拓全世界利基市場從而建構產業聚落;培育智慧機械與跨界人才,以上都需要政府部門以政策輔導及政策推動方式進行,加上學術研究及實務界實際的執行經驗,大家通力合作才能有成功的可能。 本研究透過國內外相關的文獻整理並從相關理論與研究實證探討,選擇研究方法,然後考量個案公司面對內部狀況,及外在環境變化,確認台灣「工業4.0」過去、現在發展,將所有可收集與揭露之資料為研究範圍。並決定以台灣「工業4.0」發展過程,智慧製造業務不同利益關係對象,包含推動單位(經濟部)、執行單位(機械產業界、個案公司之高階經理人、中階專業主管與低階從業人員),與學者專家等為研究對象。獲取個別研究對象之資料收集,並給予後續資料分析,最後回答研究目的設定之問題,並提出結論與相關建議。
Under the wisdom of mechanization, Taiwan’s “Industrie 4.0” encourages cooperation with the international community to open up niche markets around the world to build industrial settlements. Cultivating smart machinery and cross-border talent requires government agencies to provide policy guidance and policy promotion. With the actual implementation experience of academic research and practice, we can work together to have the possibility of success. This study has collated domestic and foreign related literature and empirically explored relevant theories and research, selected research methods, and then considered the case companies faced with internal conditions and external environmental changes, confirming that Taiwan’s “Industry 4.0” has evolved in the past and is now.The information that can be collected and disclosed is the scope of the study. It also decided to use Taiwan's “Industry 4.0” development process to target different interests in the smart manufacturing business, including the promotion unit (Ministry of Economic Affairs) and executive units (high-level managers in the machinery industry, case companies, middle-level professional managers, and low-level employees. ), and scholars and experts for the study. Obtain the data collection of individual research objects, and give follow-up data analysis, and finally answer the questions set in the research purpose, and come up with conclusions and suggestions.
