探討跨產業轉型策略－以T公司為例

摘要臺灣傳統的機械產業，面臨經濟不景氣，經營的壓力沉重。而面對企業的永續經營，必須思索企業的下一步該如何走？2008年金融海嘯之後，加上中國機械業的崛起，使得市場競爭更加激烈。台灣機械業在我國的製造業上一直扮演著舉足輕重的地位。在臺灣投資環境日趨惡化的情形下，人工、土地成本日益高漲，企業面對生存問題，許多的企業被迫面臨轉型，本研究針對個案之機械業，進行深入訪談，研究個案在轉型過程中，投入的創新技術，轉型過程中遇到的困境，及轉型後成功因素後之探討，獲得個案轉型成功之結論如下： 1.新開發新市場，擴張市場版圖。 2.重新塑造產品形象，打響知名度。 3.不斷的創新研發。 4.重視智慧財產及建立專利管理制度。 5.維繫客戶良好的互動關係。希望借由本研究的結果能夠提供同業，在轉型的前、中、後之參考。能夠對業界產生貢獻。

Abstract Taiwan’s traditional machinery industry is facing economic downturn and heavy operating pressure. In the face of the sustainable management of an enterprise, it is necessary to think about the next step of the enterprise? After the financial tsunami in 2008, coupled with the rise of China's machinery industry, market competition has become more intense. Taiwan's machinery industry has always played a pivotal role in my country's manufacturing industry. In the context of the deteriorating investment environment in Taiwan, labor and land costs are increasing day by day. Companies face survival problems, and many companies are forced to face transformation. This study conducted in-depth interviews on the case of the machinery industry. After investing in innovative technologies, the difficulties encountered in the process of transformation, and the post-transformation success factors, the conclusions of the successful transformation of individual cases are as follows: 1. Newly develop new markets and expand market territory. 2. Reshape the image of the product and start its popularity. 3. Constant innovation and development. 4. Pay attention to intellectual property and establish a patent management system. 5. Maintain a good interactive relationship with customers. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide reference for peers before, during, and after transformation. Can contribute to the industry.
