目前發展的數位典藏計畫大多由各國政府所推動,過程中投入了大量的資金將典藏品數位化並與配合的資訊產業發展其系統。一般的數位典藏系統建置,需要許多人來進行分析、設計與開發等過程。整個建置過程花費大量時間在開發相似的功能或網頁,再加上系統開發時程與人力資源的限制往往會發展成針對特定主題的系統,無法達到泛用性。再者,軟體的開發成本高且取得原始碼困難,無法延展數位典藏系統的使用範圍。本研究提出了運用目前開放原始碼系統去建立數位典藏系統,並且針對目前數位典藏系統中缺少的泛用性問題加以改善,以及延伸系統達到客製化的功能,目的是為了延展數位典藏系統的使用範圍。在實作上,我們以Drupal此套開放源碼的內容管理系統為核心,實作了數位典藏系統、個人典藏館延伸模組、CCK欄位搜尋延伸模組,以驗證此架構的可行性。
Recently, most Digital Archives projects are promoted by governments. They invest a lot of money to digitize collections and develop the Digital Archive System(DAS) with related IT industry. It needs many people to do analysis、designing and development work when building up a Digital Archive System(DAS). It needs many specialists to analyze, design and develop this system. The process is time-consuming to design similar functions or web pages. Moreover, constrains of Human resources and limited time will make the system only suitable for a specific topic or purpose and thus, cannot be used generally. In addition, we cannot extend the scope of application because of high cost and the difficulty of ob-taining source code. As a result, the purpose of this study is to extend the scope of use and proposes three conclusions as follows : 1.Make source code public to build up DAS 2. Im-prove the problem that DAS cannot be commonly used 3. Increase the applicability of DAS so that it can become customized. We use Drupal source code as a core system and develop DAS, Custom museum Module, CCK Search Module, To verify the feasibility of this framework .
