論文主要關於製備多功能螢光奈米粒子,探討合成不同放射波長之量子點( quantum dots ) ,成功之製備出放射光為:紅、橘、黃、綠光,量子點大小均為5 nm以下,以及利用Rhodamine 101作為標準品推算量子點之量子效率 ( Quantum Yield ) ,再對量子點分別進行基質之置換和反相微乳 ( reverse microemulsion ) 法,成功之修飾量子點表面,使量子點形成親水性,探討其螢光強度之差別,以及其穩定性。
The purpose of this is about the preparation of multifunctional fluorescent nanopariticles, and discuss the synthesis of the quantum dots with different emission wavelengths . We successfully synthesis different kind are smaller than 5 nm. We use Rhodamine 101 as standard to calculate the relative quantum yield of these quantum dots. These quantum dots form a hydrophilic surface by ligand exchange and reverse microemulsion, successfully. Finally, we discuss the different of fluorescent intensity and it is stablility.
