以科技接受模式探討原住民成人數位學習之研究-以原住民族網路學院為例

摘要


本研究的目的旨在探討原住民成人對數位學習的實際使用情況,以及對科技接受的程度。本研究之研究目的有四:(一)瞭解原住民成人數位學習的實際使用現況。(二)瞭解不同個人變項之原住民成人,在原住民族網路學院網站系統外部變項上(系統支持、硬體支援、外部支援)差異的情形。(三)探討外部變項(系統支持、硬體支援、外部支援)和認知有用性和認知易用性及原住民族網路學院網站系統使用意願的相關情形。(四)分析外部變項上(系統支持、硬體支援、外部支援)對認知有用性、認知易用性及原住民族網路學院網站系統使用意願的預測情形。本研究之研究工具為參考國內外相關文獻所編制之結構式問卷,問卷內容包含基本背景資料、科技接受量表以及外部變項量表。研究對象為設有數位機會中心之部落原住民成人,取樣共282人,有效回收率為94%。所得問卷資料以SPSS12.0軟體,進行百分比、平均值、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費氏事後比較法、皮爾遜(Pearson)積差相關及多元迴歸分析來進行統計分析,以獲得研究結果。 本研究主要之結論如下: 一、原住民成人科技接受程度高,尤其在認知有用性方面。 二、原住民成人的科技接受度會因年齡、教育程度、工作職業、使用網路年資、每週使用電腦時間與修讀網路學習課程變項而有所差異。 三、原住民成人在外部變項上會因年齡、工作職業、教育程度、使用網路年資、平均每週使用電腦的時間與是否曾修讀網路學習課程而有所差異。 四、在外部變項上以系統特性與認知有用性具有高度相關;認知有用性對原住民網路學院系統接受度有高度相關。 五、外部變項上以系統特性對認知有用性的預測力最佳;認知有用性對原住民網路學院系統接受度的預測力最佳;外部變項上以系統特性對原住民網路學院系統接受度的預測力最佳。 根據以上結論,本研究分別針對主管原住民終身學習相關單位、部落數位機會中心、原住民成人及後續研究提出下列建議: 一、對主管原住民終身學習相關單位之建議:(一)鼓勵原住民成人參與數位學習課程;(二)補助與輔導部落數位機會中心廣設網路學習相關課程;(三)普及與健全原住民成人數位學習之政策;(四)強化網路學習系統功能與設計具有人性化的介面。 二、對部落數位機會中心之建議:(一)普設以原住民成人為對象之數位學習班;(二)建立原住民成人數位學習教學與輔導機制;(三)針對不同對象的原住民成人,提供適當的數位學習課程行銷策略與多元的課程內容。 三、對原住民族成人之建議:(一)體認電腦網路學習的重要;(二)營造學習型的部落文化。 四、對後續研究之建議:(一)在研究內容上,未來可探討數位學習與原住民成人生活滿意度之關係;(二)在研究方法上,力求樣本多樣性;(三)在研究工具上,可進一步修正與發展研究量表;(四)質性研究之可能性

The purpose of this research is to discuss the actual situation of aborigine adults who use e-learning in learning and their acceptance of technology. There are four goals of the research:1. To understand the actual situation of the aborigines adults who use the e-learning in learning.;2. To analyze the different demographic variables among the aborigines adults, and the differences between the aborigines On-line Institute web-system outside variables (system support, hardware backup, outside support);3.To discuss The relations between Outside variables (system support, hardware backup, outside support), perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and the aborigines On-line Institute web-system use will.;4. To analyze the prediction of that how the outside variables (system support, hardware backup, outside support) affect the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and the will of using the aborigines e-learning institute system. The research tool employed here is a structural questionnaire based on the overseas and domestic researches. The structural questionnaire includes demographic data sheet, technology acceptance scale and outside variables. Participants were 282 aborigines adults from the villages where has Digital Opportunity Center and the response rate reached 94%。 The collected data were processed by SPSS 12.0 with descriptive statistics percentage, mean, and standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA and Scheffe post-hoc method, Pearson's Product-moment Correlation and multiple regression. The results revealed are as follows: 1. The technology acceptance of aborigines adults is high, especially in the way of perceived usefulness. 2. The factors that would effect the technology acceptance of aborigines adults are age, education level, occupation, the seniority of using internet, the hours of using computer and the internet courses learning. 3. The factors that would effect the outside changeable options of aborigines adults are age, education level, the seniority of using internet, the average hours of using computer and whether take the internet courses. 4. The outside changeable options factors that would effect the technology acceptance model are hardware backup, system features and outside support. 5.The factors that would effect the prediction of the technology acceptance model outside changeable options are system features, outside backup, and hardware support. According to the conclusions, the research will propose the following suggestions from the views of government organizations which are in charge of aborigines lifetime-study, Digital Opportunity Center and the aborigines adults and sequel study, in order to offer reference materials when the time to spread the aborigines adults e-learning study. 1. The suggestions to the government organizations which are in charge of aborigines lifelong learning are: (1)Encourage aborigines adults to participate the e-learning study courses. (2)Subsidize and council the existing educational organizations in the villages and open computer lessons in the Digital Opportunity Center as many as possible. (3) Reach the integrity of the aborigines adults e-learning study policy (4) Enforce e-learning system and design user-friendly interface. 2.The suggestions to Digital Opportunity Center are:(1)Set up e-learning classes for the aborigines adults broadly.;(2)Establish the teaching and counsel mechanism of the aborigines adults.;(3)Provide proper e-learning lessons promotion strategy and various lessons according to the individuals. 3.The suggestions to the aborigines adults are:(1) understand and be aware of the importance of learning computers.;(2) Create the tribe learning culture. 4.The suggestions to the future research are :(1)Probe into the relations between the e-learning study and adults life-satisfaction in the future as the research content.; (2)Reach the goal of sample varieties, use simple, clear chosen words and add with pictures in the questions as the research method.;(3)Adjust and develop research scales as the research tool.
