場域翻轉教學是否帶動學生自主學習並促進學習成效

Do field-based courses enable self-regulated learning and improve learning performance of university students?

摘要


人力資源決定企業資源效力能否得以有效發揮,然臺灣在高等教育普及化過程中,學習的內容和過程抽離實際的生活情境,反而讓大學培育的人才素質與能力備受業界及社會質疑。過去研究曾指出,場域教學讓學習者進入實際場域學習,不僅能夠提升學習者的學習興趣,更能提升學習者的自主學習能力。然而,既有文獻大多探討中等教育以下的教學創新,高等教育階段的相關研究則十分欠缺。同時,大學在發展課程地圖之際,亟需檢視課程設計與學生學習等相關成效,以修正、發展,達成有效的學習循環。本研究採用問卷調查法進行研究,針對中部某國立大學1072學期通識課程中,符合場域翻轉教學共34門課程,橫跨四個學院各年級之選課學生為研究對象,在學期初期與期末發放前、後測回收有效問卷共計1,319份,進行敘述性統計、信效度分析以及迴歸分析進行分析。研究結果支持:自主學習對學習成效有正向的影響、場域翻轉教學對學習成效有正向影響、場域翻轉教學會透過自主學習間接正向影響學習成效。

Human resources determine whether the effectiveness of corporate resources can be effectively utilized. However, in the process of popularization of higher education in Taiwan, the content and process of learning are separated from actual life situations. Instead, the quality and ability of talents cultivated by universities have been questioned by the industry and society. Past studies have pointed out that field-based courses allows learners to enter the actual field of learning, which not only enhances learners' interest in learning, but also enhances learners' autonomous learning ability. However, most of the existing literature discusses teaching innovations below secondary education, and related research at the higher education stage is very lacking. At the same time, when universities are developing curriculum maps, they urgently need to review the effects of curriculum design and student learning in order to modify, develop, and achieve an effective learning cycle. This study uses a questionnaire survey method to conduct research. It is aimed at a total of 34 courses in the 1072 semester opened by the center of General Education in a university in central of Taiwan, which meets the field of field-based courses, and the selected students across the four colleges of each grade are the research objects. At the beginning and end of the semester A total of 1,319 valid questionnaires were collected before and after distribution, and analyzed by narrative statistics, reliability and validity analysis, and regression analysis. Research results support: Self-regulated leraning has a positive and significant impact on learning effectiveness. Field-based courses have a positive and significant impact on learning effectiveness.Field-based courses will indirectly affect learning effectiveness through self-regulated learning.
