建構醫療影像電子化平台

醫療影像在現代醫學中是不可或缺的醫療診斷方式，舉凡X光片、核磁共振、斷層掃描、乳房攝影等，都會產生相關的醫療影像。由於科技的進步，傳統的膠卷式影像大都已經數位化，許多醫院甚至都有影像擷取及傳輸系統(PACS)，對影像的利用及儲存，都有長足的進步。然而這些醫療影像都存在各家醫院中，除了增加醫院軟硬體的負擔外，並無法做到資訊分享，在病患轉診的過程中，也衍生了許多的問題。由於網際網路的發達及科技的進步，共享式的電子化數位平台已經是目前趨勢。本研究擬建構電子化平台，使醫療影像可以發揮更多功能，進而達到增進病人健康的目的。

Medical images have been an important tool for different diagnosis in hospitals. The most popular medical images are the X ray, CT, MRI and mammograms. Thanks to the advance of the modern technology, the traditional medical image in films has been evolved into digital/electronic format. As matter of fact, many hospitals have the PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) installed and manipulate the associated electronic medical images. And the access and retrieval skill to these images are well matured by the PACS. However, if these medical images can only install in hospitals, they will increase the hardware and software cost and the information will not be able to share among different medical facilities. The referral process to the medical image is also a challenge between hospitals. Due to the booming technology for internet and web services, the digitized e-platform for shared web services has become the trend and standard. This study aims to construct an e-platform for the electronic medical images so that the images can be fully utilized, and hoping this mechanism and structure can be used to enhance the patience’s health and safety.
