長照住宅規劃設計與未來發展趨勢之研究

隨著時代的發展，除了完善室內設計之外，應用的範圍越來越廣，原本室內產品設計是以大樓華廈、公寓、透天、住家及商業為主，但近年因老年化逐漸增加，衍生出以長照住宅規劃設計，提供適合高齡居住及照顧的地方。如何推動高齡友善環境，營造健康活力、活力、幸福及友善之高齡社會，並落實建構公民參與、安全無虞、福利照顧、服務便捷與永續發展的優質生活環境，是本研究嘗試探討的議題。本研究著重在長照住宅規劃設計與未來發展趨勢之實務應用，以建築環境及都市環境改造之角度，從生活圈之環境架構，提出高齡社會之都市、建築及社會願景，建構符合高齡者安居生活照顧環境，改善城鄉及社區敬老環境，加強支持高齡者與身心障礙空間環境品質，營造社會住宅高齡安居環境，整合及更新高齡者安居住宅環境法令，強化輔具與空間環境整合。

With the development of the economy, the scope of interior design application is becoming wider and wider. The traditional interior design is mainly applied on buildings, apartments, as well as townhouses for either residential or commercial purposes. In recent years, due to the gradual increase of aging society, the application is extended to the long-term residential planning and design. It is necessary to provide places suitable for the elderly to live and care incluidng promoting a friendly environment for senior citizens, creating a healthy, vigorous, happy and friendly senior society, implementing the technological vision of building a high-quality living environment with citizen participation, safety, welfare care, convenient services and sustainable development, and building safety and peaceful environment. Therefore, this study attempts to address on these issues above by providing practical applications of long-term residential planning and design and discussing future development trends based on the built environment and urban plainning. This study concerns the issues from the perspectives of urban environmental transformation and the environmental framework of the living circle, and then proposes the urban, architectural and social aspirations of an elderly society. Expectedly, a suitable environment can be constructed with these aspects including better a living and care of the elderly, improving environmental respect for the elderly in urban and rural areas and communities, strengthening the support for the elderly, a better quality of the space environment for the elderly with physically and mentally handicapped, creating a social housing environment for the elderly, integrating and renewing the residential environment laws and regulations of the elderly, and strengthening the integration of assistive devices and the space environment.
