為尋求成長與永續經營,企業不斷地透過各種方法來改善其管理流程以提高競爭優勢,在資訊廠商的鼓吹下,許多企業紛紛地導入了各種資訊管理系統,其中ERP(企業資源規劃)系統是企業e化最基本的選項。然而ERP上線就代表企業e化成功嗎? 這樣的想法忽略了ERP在本質上乃是一種組織變革與資訊科技的結合,ERP導入要能成功,就必須要確實地掌握資訊工具與組織資訊素質的關係,這也影響組織對知識管理的做法。因此本研究採取由ERP導入的角度出發,透過對選擇案例進行深入訪談的方式,來探討企業在 ERP上線過程中,所遭遇到之阻力與克服這些阻力之方法,如何進一步建置企業內部知識管理,並將其歸納成為本研究之結論。由訪談內容歸納所得之發現包括: 1.組織慣性與資訊素養對 ERP導入成效影響 2.資訊系統與流程再造對知識管理的影響 3.內隱知識擴散與科技契合度 4.外顯知識移轉與ERP導入 ERP應用工具是企業部門最佳的知識管理基礎建設,透過ERP系統的建置過程逐步整合跨部門的作業流程形成知識擴散以真正落實知識管理的實務目標。
To implement ERP successfully, the very first step would be getting to know the relation between information tools and organizational Information Literacy, which also affects the practice of knowledge management in an organization. The study therefore focuses on the implementation of ERP. With detailed interviews of a selection of cases, the research focus on the resistance that the manager might encounter, the possible solutions to overcome these obstacles, and the procedure to establish the system of internal knowledge management. The outcomes of this research are as follows: 1. The impact of organizational inertia and Information Literacy on the effectiveness of ERP implementation. 2. The impact of information systems and process reengineering on knowledge management. 3. The relationship between diffusion of Implicit knowledge and technology alignment 4. The relationship between transfer of Explicit knowledge and ERP Implementation ERP is one of the best tools in knowledge management, especially in a corporate sector. Via the implementation of ERP, the working flow of cross-functional tasks could be gradually clarified, which leads to the wide spread of knowledge within the organization and the goal of knowledge management.
