我國大學校院學位學程發展現況與展望之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討我國學位學程之發展現況,透過文獻探討,瞭解我國學位學程之類型、分布與功能,以及國外大學校院之發展概況。本研究採內容分析法(content analysis),針對我國大學校院107 個學位學程網站進行學位學程現況資料之蒐集,並以描述統計(descriptive statistics)進行學位學程發展現況分析。 本研究之主要研究結果如下: 一、學位學程之發展以一般大學為主,技職校院採學位學程進行教學之數量相對較少。 二、目前各領域學位學程之發展數量不一,且主要集中於理工與商管領域。 三、不同類型學位學程之發展數量以對內招生之學位學程之發展數量為最少。 四、學位學程之合作型態以單一學院內不同系所的合作為主,與國外大學校院相較之 下尚有改進的空間。 五、各類學位學程之目的或功能不盡相同,經費補助方式有待擴充。 六、在不同性質學校學位學程師資結構方面,私立技職校院學位學程之正教授師資數量呈現相對較低之情形 。 最後,根據研究結果,本研究提出我國學位學程未來發展之相關建議供教育主管機關參考,並對後續研究提出建議。

Abstract The main purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of university special degree programs in Taiwan. Through literature review, the study introduces the types, distribution, functions, and the foreign status of degree program. By using the content analysis, the study searches out the basic data from the websites of 107 degree program of universities in Taiwan. For answering the research questions, study plans to conduct content analysis and descriptive statistics. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The special degree programs in universities were more than technological colleges in Taiwan. 2. The special degree programs were different in all academics and they were concentrated on the academics of science & engineering and business & management. 3. The quantity of the type of university special degree programs which recruitment in campus is the least than the others. 4. The cooperation of departments and schools for university special degree programs in Taiwan was different between top universities of world. 5. The goals or functions were different in all kinds of special degree programs; therefore, it was better to increase educational subsidies from public authorities. 6. In private technological colleges, the ratio of full professors in special degree programs is the least than other universities. According to the conclusion of this study, some recommendations were provided for the educational authorities and future researches.
