成人女性經驗學習之研究-以主婦聯盟合作社生活保健室種子培訓課程學員為例

摘要

本研究以六位參與主婦聯盟合作社生活保健室種子培訓課程之成人女性學員為研究對象，旨在探討成人女性參與主婦聯盟合作社生活保健室種子培訓課程的經驗學習歷程。期能透過研究達到以下目的：
一、瞭解成人女性參與主婦聯盟合作社生活保健室種子培訓課程之學習動機。
二、瞭解成人女性參與主婦聯盟合作社生活保健室種子培訓課程之學習經驗及反思。
三、瞭解成人女性參與主婦聯盟合作社生活保健室種子培訓課程之應用與影響。
本研究採質性研究之深度訪談法，輔以半結構式訪談大綱蒐集所需資料。根據研究發現，歸納出結論如下：
一、成人女性參與主婦聯盟合作社生活保健室種子培訓課程學習動機為：以求知興趣與學習目的以充實自我及幫助他人、因講師的專業背景與資歷預期能得到學習成效。
二、成人女性參與主婦聯盟合作社生活保健室種子培訓課程之學習經驗及反思：成人女性學習我的餐盤與六大類食物營養後，發現自以為健康的飲食竟存在不均衡的問題；認識政府長照服務資源，懂得尋求協助；善用教學技巧，線上課程也能有良好互動；女性連結與發聲學習偏好的分組討論。
三、成人女性參與主婦聯盟合作社生活保健室種子培訓課程之應用與影響：成人女性參與生活保健室後懂得將均衡飲食的概念運用在三餐料理中；對於缺乏的營養能運用所學補充不足；與親友長輩分享所學知識；健康識能提升。

This study was based on experiential learning process of adult female. This study takes six adult female that participanted in the life & health care service training course by Homemakers Union Consumers Cooperative. The aim is to explore adult female experiential learning in life & health care service training course by Homemakers Union Consumers Cooperative. The objectives of this research are as follows:
1.Understand the motivations behind adult female participating in the life & health care service training course by Homemakers Union Consumers Cooperative.
2.Understand the learning experiences and reflections of adult female participating in the adult female participating in the life & health care service training course by Homemakers Union Consumers Cooperative.
3.Understand the applications and impacts of adult female participating in the adult female participating in the life & health care service training course by Homemakers Union Consumers Cooperative.
This research adopts a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews supplemented by semi-structured interview outlines to collect the required data. According to the research findings, the conclusions are summarized as follows:
1.The motivations for adult female participating in the life & health care service training course by Homemakers Union Consumers Cooperative include a desire for knowledge and learning, to enrich themselves and help others, the expectation of learning outcomes due to the instructors' expertise and qualifications.
2.The learning experiences and reflections of adult female participating in the life & health care service training course by Homemakers Union Consumers Cooperative include realizing the imbalance in their assumed healthy diets after learning about my plate and the six major categories of nutrients, understanding government long-term care service resources and knowing how to seek assistance, effectively using teaching techniques for online courses, and preferring group discussions for female bonding and voice development in learning.
3.The applications and impacts of adult female participating in the life & health care service training course by Homemakers Union Consumers Cooperative include applying the concept of balanced diets in their meal preparation, supplementing their lacking nutrients using the knowledge gained, sharing the acquired knowledge with family and elderly relatives, and an enhancement in health literacy.
