低成本液晶顯示器驅動晶片設計

摘要


本論文中,我們提出一個可降低源極驅動器成本與消耗功率的緩衝放大器,原理是把原本需用高壓製程的數位類比轉換器,變成只需用低壓製程,所以可減少面積與消耗電流。還有ㄧ個解決大面板液晶顯示器驅動速度與失真問題的加速電路,原理是在負載資料線的尾端加上加速電路,以幫助解決驅動力不足的問題。

In this thesis, a low cost and low power consumption buffer amplifier for source driver has been proposed. To implement DA-converter with low-voltage process technology instead of high-voltage one in a traditional manner, this buffer reduces chip area and saves power efficiently. Another source driver is designed to speed up driving time and resolve distortion problems when driving a large Liquid Crystal Display panel, which uses augmented circuits at the tail part of the data lines of the panel to improve the driving capability.
