消費者使用感應式信用卡意願之研究

摘要


無線射頻辨識(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID)的應用範圍越來越多樣且普遍,目前市面上將感應的功能結合到信用卡上來進行付費的交易稱為非接觸式付款(Contactless Payment)或感應式付款。   感應式付款雖然具有許多優點(例如:快速結帳),但市面上的使用情況卻不普遍,然而一項科技產品需要消費者實際採用,此產品才能算真正成功。隨著技術上的突破,未來貨幣的使用量逐漸減少將會是一種趨勢,透過感應方式進行付款的活動儼然已經慢慢地進入民眾生活中。因此,本研究目的在於探討影響消費者使用感應式信用卡支付意圖之因素。   本研究模式主軸是採用科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)為核心主體另外採用創新擴散理論(Diffusion of Innovation Theory)中的相容性(Compatibility),並加入認知行為控制(Perceived Behavioral Control)、個人創新(Personal Innovativeness) 知覺風險 (Perceive Risk)、使用者涉入(Involvement)、信任(Trust),發展出的研究架構,研究影響消費者對於使用感應式信用卡付費的意圖,且分析其中關聯,使用結構方程模式驗證各個構面相互影響關係。研究結果發現僅相容性及知覺風險對消費者使用意圖具有顯著影響。

The Radio Frequency identification application scope more and more diverse also is common. For instance now we can have “contact-less payment” in market which means people use contact-less credit card to pay instead of using small change. Although there are many advantages of this technological product, it can be successful only if it is acceptedand taken by consumers. With the improvement of technology, it’s a trend that people don’t pay with small change, but contact-less credit card and sensor that make payment process much more efficient. Due to the reasons above, the purpose of this study is to find out the elements cause people to use contact-less credit card instead of cash. The research use the technology acceptance model (TAM) as main structure. It combines the compatibility of the diffusion of innovation theory, perceived behavioral control, personal innovativeness, perceive risk, involvement, and trust to develop the research structure and analysis the elements cause people to use contact-less credit card. The research uses the structural equation modeling (SEM) to verify the relevance between different elements. The result of search is that it’s found out perceive risk and compatibility have significant motivation and influence on consumers’intention.
