積分球內擋板的幾何效應之研究以實現高準度的光通量值量測

摘要


發光二極體(Light Emitting Diodes, LEDs)已廣泛的應用在我們的日常生活中,例如照明設備、手機、交通號誌、大型顯示看板、電子產品等,所以LEDs的特性量測就越重要,其中光學特性量測中最常使用的是光通量量測。本論文主要目的是在實現積分球內部之擋板對光通量的幾何效應。利用4π量測方法將待測燈源放在積分球內,透過光通量量測系統取得積分球內的光通量值,實驗擋板的大小與距離,進而得到其較理想的量測機構,以提高光通量量測的準度。

LEDs are widely used in our daily life, such as lighting equipments, mobile phones, traffic lights, huge bulletin boards, electronic products, etc. The equipment to measure the characteristics of LEDs becomes more important. The most famous equipment of measuring the charateristics of optics is Luminous Flux Measurement. The subject of this article is to realize the geometric effects of the sizes and the distance of baffles inside the Integrating Sphere. The 4π measurement is applied to put the testing light into the Integrating Sphere, and we obtain the Flux value inside the Integrating Sphere through the Luminous Flux Measurement. To increase the accuracy of the Luminous Flux Measurement, we experiment the various sizes and distance of baffles for creating an ideal measure equipment.
