伊斯蘭金融發展與馬來西亞角色之分析

隨著亞洲金融風暴、911事件、美國信貸危機引發的金融海嘯、穆斯林人口持續增加、國際原油價格飆漲導致伊斯蘭國家資產快速增加，近年來伊斯蘭金融市場規模的成長率遠高於傳統金融，加上伊斯蘭金融不僅僅提供給穆斯林使用，且所有伊斯蘭金融的交易型態與工具需遵守著伊斯蘭律法的規範，使得伊斯蘭金融的風險性控管較傳統金融更加嚴格，逐漸受到全世界國家與投資人之重視與關注。本研究將透過伊斯蘭金融源起、規範來了解伊斯蘭金融之歷史背景與特色，進而研究並了解全球伊斯蘭金融發展之現況，期對伊斯蘭金融的基本架構與現況有所了解。並透過伊斯蘭金融體系的運作方法與實踐來加以了解伊斯蘭金融體系之市場運作與交易型態，並與傳統金融體系之市場運作與交易型態加以分析與比較，期對伊斯蘭金融體系與傳統金融體系之差異與優劣有著更進一步的了解與發現。本研究亦將透過伊斯蘭金融在馬來西亞的現況來了解馬來西亞在全球伊斯蘭金融發展的過程及現況中扮演著甚麼樣的角色，進而探討國際伊斯蘭金融的後續發展與展望。

The Asia economic slowdown, 911 terrorist attack, American's morgage crisis, strong growth in Muslim population and soaring crude oil prices all contribute towards an accelerated capital growth in Islamic countries. During this period, Islamic banking market share has outgrown that of conventional banking industry. This is mainly because Islamic banking can cater not only to the Muslim community but also to conventional banking clients. Further, all Islamic financial transactions and investment tools must adhere to Islamic laws which has a stricter risk control compared to conventional finance. Concequently, investors from around the world start to take notice and show more interest in Islamic finance. My research focuses on; firstly, to understand the historical background & uniqueness of Islamic financial system by studying its origins, norms and global developments. Secondly, to understand the basic structure and recent developments in Islamic finance. Lastly, to analyze and compare the market operations and transactions of Islamic versus conventional financial system in order to further understand and find out their differences, pros and cons. Last but not least, this research also emphasizes on the role Malaysia in the development of global Islamic finance and further looks into the future prospects of international Islamic finance.
