After that, the two sides inked the Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA), on June 29, 2010. Taiwan's banking is expected to enter the mainland market in order to get deeply through into the current situation of China's financial markets and banking industry in Taiwan according to the ECFA framework. This research is mainly discuss and develop strategy of entering China markets. Currently, Taiwan’s Banking is primary set to open braches and leasing firms but they expect to tie up with banking in China, participate as shareholders, or cooperate in the future. This has further demonstrated ambition to tap the mainland Chinese market and step up deployments in overseas markets and has also set a new milestone for cross-strait financial cooperation. Furthermore, China's foreign exchange reserve is the top one better than that of Japan and close to United States. It becomes second largest economy so it can not be ignored for these financial opportunities. In the beginning, banks may seek Taiwan's relationship by Taiwanese merchants. However, finally, banks have to tap into China business culture and shares experience of economics growth in China to bring more wealth chances in the future.
