教學品質、學習成效與家長滿意度之相關性研究:以兒童美語補習班為例

摘要


本研究在探討教學品質、學習成效與家長滿意度之相關性研究:以兒童美語補習班為例。研究對象為草屯鎮之連鎖品牌(長頸鹿美語)為主來調查家長對於子女在美語補習班所獲得的英文學習成效、對美語教師所教授與給子女的教學品質為何以及是否滿意。 在全球化與少子化的衝擊之下,如何提升有效的教學品質來提升孩子的英文競爭力即是當前炙手可熱的議題。目前相關研究大多以正規學校為例,因此本研究以兒童美語補習班為例。樣本抽取家長數為152人,共計回收有效問卷101份。資料採用SPSS統計套裝軟體進行敘述性統計分析、信度分析和迴歸分析,並以分析結果驗證各項假說。 本研究結果顯示:1. 家長教育程度對子女學習成效具有正向的影響。可以知道家長因為自身教育程度較高,所以對於選擇補習班在教學品質與教師素質等方面要求也會較高,也因此可以提高子女的學習成效。2. 教學品質對子女的學習成效具有正向的影響。因為補習班美語教師的教學品質對於孩子的學習成效是很重要的,如果補習班美語教師能在上課前,進行充分的備課,讓孩子在學習英文時,教師便能夠在課堂上展現出良好的語言模範,進而提高孩子的學習成效。3. 教學品質對顧客滿意度具有正向的影響。因為教學品質的好壞直接影響顧客滿意度的高低,因此對於教學品質程度愈高,則顧客滿意度愈高。也就是說美語補習班必須設法招聘有長年教學經驗的教師以及訓練新進教師的教學能力,在教學的過程中不斷地修正教學品質,幫助每位孩子達到最佳的學習效果及成效。而補習班也必須要有完善的教育訓練。最後歸納出結論並可透過本研究以供教師及補習班經營者參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore a Study of the Relationship among Instructional Quality, Learning Performance and Parental Satisfaction - An Example of Children’s English Cramming School The research subject was Caotun of franchise brands (Giraffe English) to investigate the performance of parents for their children to learn English in the children’s English cramming school obtained and what is the instructional quality taught by teachers and whether they are satisfied with it. Under the impact of globalization and declining birthrate. How to improve effective instructional quality to enhance children's English competitiveness is a hot topic at present. At present studies mostly regular school as an example. The subjects were taken from the parents of the students in the children’s English cramming school. A total of 152 effective questionnaires were collected from 102 parents. The responses were examined through descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and regression analysis by using SPSS 26. The research hypotheses were verified accordingly. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Parents’ educational level has a positive impact on children’s learning performance. It can be known that parents who have higher education level, so they will have higher requirements for instructional quality and quality of the teachers in choosing children’s English cramming school, which can improve the learning performance of their children. 2. The instructional quality has a positive impact on children's learning performance. Because it is very important for the children's learning performance because of the instructional quality of the teachers in the children’s English cramming school. If the teachers in the children’s English cramming school can make sufficient preparations and show a good language model to improve children's learning performance before the class, and then the teachers can show good performance in the classroom when the children learn English. 3. The instructional quality has a positive impact on parental satisfaction. Because the instructional quality directly affects the level of parental satisfaction, the higher level of instructional quality, the higher the parental satisfaction. That is to say, the children’s English cramming school must try to recruit teachers with many years of teaching experience and train the teaching abilities of new teachers, and constantly modify the instructional quality during the teaching process to help each child achieve the best learning effect and performance. The children’s English cramming school must also have complete training of education. Finally, the conclusion can be summed up through this study for the teachers and children’s English cramming school operator’s reference.
