幼兒園教保服務人員人格特質、情緒勞務與自我效能之相關研究-以南投縣為例

摘要

本研究以現職擔任南投縣公私立幼兒園教保服務人員為研究對象，探究南投縣幼兒園教保服務人員人格特質、情緒勞務與自我效能之現況以及三者呈現之正負相關。依據前述研究動機，本研究透過問卷調查方式，以南投縣公私立幼兒園教保服務人員為發放問卷的對象，有效樣本為335份，研究結果結論如下：
一、南投縣教保服務人員傾向內控人格特質。
二、南投縣教保服務人員的情緒勞務運用程度為中間偏高。
三、南投縣教保服務人員的自我效能為中間偏高。
四、南投縣教保服務人員的情緒勞務會因不同「年齡」而有顯著差異。
五、南投縣教保服務人員的自我效能，會因不同「年齡」、「教學年資」、「任
教級別」而有顯著差異。
六、內外控人格特質與自我效能為正相關。
七、內外控人格特質與情緒勞務為正相關。
八、自我效能與情緒勞務為正相關。
九、內外控人格特質對自我效能具有顯著預測力，即愈傾向內控人格特質者，其
自我效能愈高。
十、情緒勞務對自我效能具有顯著預測力，即情緒勞務運用程度愈高者，其自我
效能愈高。
根據以上研究結果，提出具體建議，提供教保服務人員、教保服務機構、教育行政機關與未來研究者做為參考。

This research take the private and public preschool teachers who currently working in Nantou County as the research object. Exploring the correlation among preschool teachers' personality traits, emotional labor and self-efficacy. Questionnaire survey is the main method of this research. The effective sample sizes are 335 of this research. The conclusions of the research are as following:
1. The personalities of preschool teachers in Nantou County are tend to be self-controlled.
2. The emotional labor of preschool teachers in Nantou County are relatively high.
3. The self-efficacy of preschool teachers in Nantou County are relatively high.
4. The level of emotional labor are different in preschool teachers in Nantou
County due to their ages.
5. The self-efficacy of preschool teachers in Nantou County are different due to their ages, teaching years and the students’ ages.
6. Internal and external control personality traits are positively correlated with self-
efficacy.
7. Internal and external control personality traits are positively correlated with emotional labor.
8. Self-efficacy and emotional labor are positively correlated.
9. Internal and external control personality traits are highly predictive on self-efficacy.
Those who tend to be more internal controlled, the higher self-efficacy they have.
10.Emotional labor are highly predictive on self-efficacy. The greater emotional labor
one take, the higher self-efficacy one have.

According to the research results, this study provides specific advices for preschool teachers, preschools, education administration authority and future researchers as eferences.
