學校教職員工身體活動量與健康體適能關係之研究—以臺北市某高中為例

摘要


目的:主要在探討不同職位的學校教職員工,在身體活動量與健康體適能的關係。方法:以臺北市某高中之學校教職員工為受試對象,以教育部(94)之「教師健康體適能測驗」檢測受試者之健康體適能;以「IPAQ身體活動量表」檢測受試者之身體活動。資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)及皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法檢定結果。結果:一、在健康體適能方面:在身體組成方面兩組沒有差異。但在其他項目(柔軟度、肌肉適能及心肺適能)非行政組均比行政組均佳。二.在身體活動量方面:非行政組在的身體活動量高於行政組,特別是在從事費力身體活動量明顯高於行政組。三、身體活動量與健康體適能相關上:非行政組身體活動量與柔軟度、肌肉適能、心肺適能呈正相關,尤其在費力的身體活動量與肌肉適能、心肺適能有達顯著相關。結論:身體活動量與健康體適能有相關,身體活動量越大者其健康體適能較佳。根據以上,本研究建議行政之教職員工平日應重視身體活動並養成規律的運動習慣。此外,教育行政機關及學校主管平時應多鼓勵學校教職員工參與身體活動,以提升健康體適能之水準。

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the amount of physical activity and fitness level among school staff. Method: The subjects are school staff of a certain high school in Taipei. Test of Teacher’s Health Fitness Test (2005), designed by the Minister of Education, is used to test the subjects’ fitness level; International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) is used to test subjects’ amount of physical activity. The data is analyzed by descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, and Person’s Product Moment Correlation. Results: 1.) in terms of fitness level, there is no difference between the Body Mass Index (BMI) of the administrative and non-administrative groups, but the non-administrative group is better than the administrative group in the other criteria (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardiorespiratory fitness.) 2.) In terms of amount of physical activity, the non-administrative group is significantly higher than the administrative group, especially in exhausting physical activity. 3.) In terms of the relationship between physical activity and fitness level, there is positive correlation between non-administrative group’s amount of physical activity and flexibility, muscular strength, and cardiorespiratory fitness. There is significantly strong correlation between exhausting physical activity and muscular strength and cardiorespiratory fitness. Conclusion: There is correlation between amount of physical activity and fitness level, the higher the amount of physical activity, the better the fitness level. According to the result of the study, I suggest administrative staff value physical activity and develop regular habit of exercise. Besides, to enhance fitness level, education administrative department and school principals should encourage school staff to engage in more physical activities.
