團隊創造力構面與內涵之研究─以高科技產業研發團隊為例

摘要

研發團隊的團隊創造力對高科技企業來說， 是賴以生存
的立基、致勝的關鍵。因此，企業在試圖管理團隊創造力前，
必須先對其內涵有所瞭解， 才能有更明確的人力資源管理規
劃。因此， 研究目的為探討團隊創造力的構面與內涵以發展
團隊創造力檢核表。
本研究的研究方法除運用文獻分析法外， 主要以改良式
德菲法為主， 歸納出團隊創造力的五大構面、十六個子構面
、二十一項題目， 得到團隊創造力檢核表之雛型。接著再請
十四位資深研發工程師進行三回合的德菲法專家會議， 確定
題目的適切性， 得到一份包含五大構面、十六項子構面、二
十二項題目的檢核表， 其內容為：
1. 專業領域構面： 含專業知識、專業技術、專業發展潛力三
個子構面的三題。
2. 創意思考構面： 含創意技巧、歷程等二子構面的四題。
3. 工作動機構面： 含內在任務動機此子構面的四題。
4. 團隊構面： 含多元化、時間效率、領導、意見包容性、合
作等五子構面的五題。
5. 工作環境構面： 含組織鼓勵、資源、自由度、發展機會、
激勵等五子構面的五題。
團隊創造力檢核表可被視為評估團隊創造力的量表雛型
， 可供學術界進行更大規模的調查發展， 也可先提供給高科
技產業組織參考及省思如何管理研發團隊創造力。

The purpose of this research was to develop a team
creativity checklist to assist R&D team leaders in recognizing
the events related to team creativity. Hence, this research tries
to answer what the dimensions of team creativity are and how to
evaluate team creativity more concretely.
Within literature reading and analyzing, this research
reviewed the scope of team creativity from several theorems,
and then collected derived items under certain factors. Finally,
the Delphi technique was conducted to consolidate those factors
and items. Fourteen research and development professionals
from Taiwan Hi-Tech industry were invited to participate in this
study. After three rounds of amending description and content
suggestions for each item from these professionals, a checklist
of team creativity was developed eventually.
This study lays the groundwork for further research
ultimately leading to a checklist for team leaders. Using three
dimensions of Amabile’s Creativity Component Theory as a
major foundation and combining the other two dimensions from
other theorems, the checklists includes twenty two items from
five dimensions and sixteen sub-dimensions. This study
illustrates the origins and definitions of the twenty two
key-concerned items of team creativity for organizations in five
dimensions, which are individual expertise dimension with
three items, team creative thinking dimension with four items,
task motivation dimension with four items, team dimension with
five items and work environment dimension with five items.
