國中教師的校園民主態度與學校事務參與行為之研究-以台北縣新莊、林口、泰山等行政區公立國中教師為例

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在探討台北縣新莊、林口、泰山等行政區公立國中教師的校園民主態度與學校事務參與行為之現況,以期對校園民主之發展與改進,有所裨益。本研究採用文獻分析法與問卷調查法,研究抽樣的方式乃以學校為單位,採非隨機抽樣的「立意抽樣」方式,選擇其中 6 所已成立學校教師會的國中,並以全校正式教師為對象進行研究,有效樣本共計484份。使用的統計方法有次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、項目分析等。研究發現如下: 一、台北縣新莊、林口、泰山等行政區公立國中教師的校園民主態度 受試的 484位國中教師,在校園民主態度總量表上平均每題得分為3.79,顯 示出趨於正向、中上程度。 二、個人背景因素與教師的校園民主態度相關程度: (一) 不同性別教師之校園民主態度並無顯著差異。 (二) 不同教育背景的教師之校園民主態度並無顯著差異。 (三) 不同任教年資的教師之校園民主態度並無顯著差異。 (四) 不同任教領域的教師之校園民主態度並無顯著差異。 (五) 擔任職務不同的教師之校園民主態度達顯著差異,專任教師的校園民主 態度高於行政人員、導師的校園民主態度高於行政人員。 (六) 任教學校規模不同的教師之校園民主態度並無顯著差異。 三、台北縣新莊、林口、泰山等行政區公立國中教師的學校事務參與行為 受試的 484位國中教師,在學校事務參與行為總量表上平均每題得分為 2.88,顯示出趨於正向、中上程度。 四、個人背景因素與教師的學校事務參與行為相關程度: (一)不同性別教師之學校事務參與行為達顯著差異,男教師明顯高於女教師。 (二)不同教育背景的教師之學校事務參與行為並無顯著差異。 (三)不同任教年資的教師之學校事務參與行為達顯著差異。任教年資5-10年、 任教年資11-20年、任教年資21年以上教師三者的學校事務參與行為,積 極度相近,且均高於任教年資1-5年的教師。 (四)不同任教領域的教師之學校事務參與行為並無顯著差異。 (五)擔任職務不同的教師之學校事務參與行為並無顯著差異。 (六)任教學校規模不同的教師之學校事務參與行為並無顯著差異。 五、五項校園民主態度與學校事務參與行為之相關程度: (一)校園民主認知與學校事務參與行為,呈顯著正相關。 (二)法治觀念與學校事務參與行為,呈顯著正相關。 (三)價值選擇與學校事務參與行為,呈顯著正相關。 (四)教師自我角色認知與學校事務參與行為,呈顯著正相關。 (五)表達意見的意識與學校事務參與行為,呈顯著正相關。 【關鍵字】校園民主、民主態度、校園民主態度、學校事務參與行為、參與行為

Abstract This research is for the purposes of discussing the current conditions of administrative area public junior high school teacher attitude towards campus democracy and the behavior of participating in the school business Xinzhuang, Linkou, Taishan in Taibei County. Also hoping this research can promote the campus democracy and have better improvement. The study adopts cultural heritage analytical method and questionnaire survey. The mode of this research sampling positive takes school as unit and adopts non-random ”judgemental samlping”, by choosing 6 schools have already established School Teacher Association , and conducts the general survey research with the whole formal teachers as subjects .The effective sample adds up to 484. The way of compiling statistics are descriptive statistics, percentage , standard deviation, average , t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and item analysis.etc. The research discovers as follows: 1. In questionnaire survey for 484 junior high school teacher's campus democratic attitudes in Taibei County Xinzhuang, Linkou, Taishan., their average of campus democratic attitude chart score is up to 3.79 for each, which shows the positive attitude and better than average. 2. The relativity of the attitude of the personal background factor and teachers’ campus democracy attitudes : (1). The teachers’ campus democracy attitude from different gender has no remarkable difference.. (2). The teachers’ campus democracy attitude from different educational background has no remarkable difference. (3) . The teachers’ campus democracy attitude from different teaching seniority has no remarkable difference. (4). The teachers’ campus democracy attitude from different teaching field has no remarkable difference. (5). The teachers’ campus democracy attitude by different hosting has no remarkable difference. The campus democracy attitude of full –time teachers scores are higher than administrative personnel. and the campus democracy attitude of tutors scores are higher than administrative personnel. (6). Teaching in different schools’ scale, the teachers’ campus democracy attitude has no remarkable difference. 3. In questionnaire survey of the behavior of participating in the school business for 484 junior high school teacher's campus democratic attitudes in Taibei County Xinzhuang, Linkou, Taishan , their behavior of participating in the school business chart score are up to 2.88 for each, which shows the positive attitude and better than average. 4. The relativity of the teacher personal background and their participating school business behavior. (1). The teachers from different gender of participating in school business shows a remarkable difference that the attitudes of male teachers are better female teachers. (2). The teachers from different backgrounds in school business participating has no remarkable difference. (3). The teachers from different seniority in school business participating has remarkable difference. Teacher’s seniority for 5-10 years, 11-20 years and more than 21 years , generally their attitudes towards school business participating are more positive than those teachers teaching for 1-5 years. (4).The teachers from different teaching fields in school business participating has no remarkable difference. (5).The teachers from different hosting in school business participating has no remarkable difference. (6).Teaching in different schools’ scale in school business participating has no remarkable difference. 5. Here are five relativities of campus democracy attitude and school business participating : (1). The campus democracy perception and school business participating has a positive correlation. (2). The conception of rule of law and school business participating has a positive correlation. (3). The value choices and school business participating has a positive correlation. (4). Teachers’ perception self roling and school business participating has a positive correlation. (5). The conscious of commenting and school business participating has a positive correlation. 【Key word】Campus democracy. democratic attitude. campus democratic attitude.School business participating behavior.
