日治時期臺灣人民國家認同之探討—以公學校修身教育為主

A Study of Taiwanese National Identity during the Period of Japanese Ruling (1895-1945)

摘要

本研究的主題是，「日治時期臺灣人民國家認同之探討─以修身教育為例」。研究動機有三：首先，身為一個日本人，來臺留學後，感受到臺灣人對日人的態度較中國、韓國對待日人友善，引發我研究的興趣；再者，欲瞭解日本治臺期間的同化政策，帶給臺灣人民國家認同的影響；最後，檢視相關文獻，缺乏對日治時期國家認同研究缺乏對口述歷史進行分析。
本研究的研究目的，包括：
一、 瞭解日本對臺殖民政策與教育政策之轉變
二、 探究修身教育對臺灣人國家認同之影響
三、 探討日治時期教育政策之成效
四、 探討日治時期庶民生活概況及國家認同意識
五、 依據研究結果及發現提供建議
為達到本研究的目的，將採用文獻分析法與訪談法兩種研究方法，進行蒐集資料、分析、比較日治時期的教育成效以及臺灣人的國家意識。在探討日本對臺殖民政策與教育政策時，將時間範圍設定在1895-1945年間。本研究將從修身層面探究臺灣人的國家認同問題，而修身層面的範圍，包括：教科書、教師、學校活動三者。除了整理歸納文獻，也將透過訪談獲取第一手資料，瞭解庶民當時的國家認同感，並進一步與前人研究作分析比較，提出研究結果與建議。

This study adopts document analytic research and interview. Analyzing Taiwanese’s national identity and the result of the assimilation education policy during the Japanese Period by collecting data. The Taiwanese national identity and the result of the education policy during the Japanese Period. The range of the education policy in this study is 1919~1945 years. Investigate this study the Taiwanese's national approbation problem from the assimilation education which including Textbook, teachers and activities in the school. And to know the Taiwanese national identity by interview. Finally, there are some suggestions for further study.
