高中國文教師數位學習資源高度使用者之使用研究

摘要


資訊科技發展迅速的今天,透過對電腦及網路科技的運用,使國文教學更多元,教師們在教學上可化抽象為具體,以科技作為詮釋文學的媒介。本研究採質化研究探討高中國文教師使用數位學習資源之情形,觀察教師如何選擇及使用數位學習資源輔助其教學,覺察並詮釋其使用數位學習資源之經驗。 本研究透過訪談九位高度使用數位學習資源之高中國文科教師,瞭解其使用數位學習資源之經驗,觀察教師們如何選擇及使用數位學習資源的歷程,以及其在使用時所面臨的困境,研究發現如下:(1)教師使用數位學習資源之動機多源於個人動機及教學環境的改變;(2)教師使用數位學習資源之管道依教師使用需求多元化;(3)教師篩選資源要素分別為教師個人因素、資料本身的性質、並以學生需求為中心;(4)數位學習資源讓教學不僅由教師出發,而是由雙方建構出師生共同經歷的教學旅程,目前多數教師使用網路資源、部落格、教學平台輔助教學;(5)教師使用數位學習資源之困難認為主要為教師需求無法滿足、缺乏整合性平台、數位學習資源維護的困境、著作權的疑慮以及推廣不足之故。 基於上述研究結論,本研究對數位學習源的使用提出有效而適當的建議供其他中學國語文教師、國語文網站資源建置者、資訊服務提供者參考,並希冀文中教師所分享的實用案例在教師們編製數位教材時有所助益。

With the rapid development of information technology nowadays, Mandarin teaching has become more diverse through the application of computer and network technology. Teachers are allowed to explain the literature from abstract to concrete by using technologies at their teaching site. This research explores the condition of using digital learning resources of high school Mandarin teachers by using qualitative approach, observes how high school Mandarin teachers select and use digital learning resources to assist their teaching, detects and explains their experiences of using digital learning resources. Through the interview with nine high school Mandarin teachers who are heavy digital learning resources users, this research studies their experiences of using digital learning resources, observes the process of how high school Mandarin teachers select and use digital learning resources and the difficulties they encountered. The research finds out that, (1) the motivation of Mandarin teachers using digital learning resources is primarily from individual motivation and the change of the teaching setting; (2) The way of teachers using digital learning resources has become more diverse based on teachers’ needs; (3) The factors of selecting the resources will focus on teachers’ personal factors, the property of the resources, and students’ needs; (4) Digital learning resources are not exclusively teachers-centered but share teaching and learning experiences between teachers and students. Recently, a majority of teachers use web-based resources, blogs, and teaching platforms to assist teaching; (5) Incapableness of meeting the actual demands of teachers, digital environment maintenance, copyright problem, insufficiency of information technology update ,and propagation are the main reasons for the difficulties that teachers encounter when use digital learning resources. The benefit of the above study is to give effective and appropriate suggestions for the using of digital learning resources. These suggestions can be served as reference for other Mandarin teachers, Mandarin learning web-based resources providers, and information technology suppliers. It is hoped that the instance of teaching instructional design, digital resource need for literature interpretation used in this research are valuable for other Mandarin teachers when editing digital teaching materials.
