本研究企圖透過探究初任導師在教育現場應用班級經營策略的實作歷程,達成下列研究目的:一、透過班級經營策略之研討,瞭解初任導師班級經營中遭遇之問題。二、透過班級經營策略之應用,瞭解初任導師在班級經營歷程中所彰顯的成效。三、透過初任導師班級經營策略應用之實作歷程,瞭解其心路歷程與專業成長。 研究者以訪談、意見調查、文件分析等方法對3位初任導師及其班上學生計102人進行質化研究,主要研究發現如下: 壹、初任導師班級的經營理念與人格特質會影響班級經營效能 貳、初任導師認同參與研究會改變其班級經營模式 參、初任導師在教導學生自律方面深感困難 肆、初任導師在教室環境經營方面均極用心 伍、初任導師對於不當行為之處理仍感困擾 陸、初任導師在師生互動溝通方面成效尚佳 根據本研究之結果,分別對初任導師、學校、教育行政主管機關、未來相關研究提出建議,如辦理班級經營研習以提升班級經營技巧、落實辦理初任導師的專業成長暨輔導計畫、逐年降低國中班級學生數等。 關鍵詞:初任導師、班級經營策略
A Study on Junior High School Beginning Teachers’ Strategies of Classroom Management Szu-yuan Ke Abstract The study generalizes the outcome through how beginning junior high school teachers implement classroom management strategies. The main purposes of this study are as following: 1. Understanding the challenges faced by the beginning teachers through the discussion of classroom management strategies. 2. Understanding the distinguished results that from applying the classroom management strategies in junior high schools. 3. Understanding the growth of both thoughts and professional knowledge from beginning teachers’ through applying classroom management strategies. The participants were from 3 beginning junior high school teachers, and 102 students in their classes, and the data gathered from interviews, quality survey, and data analysis. The six results of this research are as following, 1. The efficiency of the classroom management has significant differences due to teachers’ individual characteristics and if they have clear concept of classroom management. 2. Beginning teachers would like to participate in studies and change the model of classroom management. 3. It is a hard task to train students’ self-discipline for beginning teachers. 4. Beginning teachers are all strive to improve classroom management. 5. Beginning teachers still confused about how to cope with students’ improper behavior. 6. The communication between students and beginning teachers is good. Based on the results of this study, suggestions to the beginning teachers, schools, and educational administrators are provided.
