摘 要 臺北縣政府教育局利用縣內之自然景觀與文化資源設計了「十八條學習路線」,作為北縣學校實施校外教學之參考路線,然而,「十八條學習路線」之實施成效如何?並無相關之研究進行調查,因此,本研究即針對「十八條學習路線」之實施情況與面臨困境進行調查,並針對面臨之困境,進行相關意見之收集整理及提出改善方案。本研究以半結構式問卷進行資料之收集,以臺北縣國民中學之教育人員作為意見調查之對象,共蒐集503份有效問卷,並以敘述統計分析以及百分比分析就不同背景變項之教育人員在實施成效、面臨困境與困境解決方案上之意見進行分析比較。本研究之研究結果發現,受訪教師普遍認同「十八條學習路線」在自然、人文領域具有實境教學之功能,並且可以增進學生對於自身生長環境的了解;然而,學生安全、教師缺乏「十八條學習路線」之相關知識以及解說教學能力不足是當前最主要之困境。本研究依據資料分析之結果,針對如何解決「十八條學習路線」在學習上之困境亦提出了相關之改善建議,供各校作為推動以「十八條學習路線」實施校外教學之參考。 關鍵字:十八條學習路線、實施成效、實施困境、困境解決方案
Abstract Because of the cultural assets and nature resources, Taipei County Education Bureau designed “18 Paths of Learning Travel” for the junior high schools and students. However, there are few researches about the effects of 18 Paths of Learning Travel. The purpose of this study is to explore the execution effects of 18 Paths of Learning Travel in junior high schools in Taipei County. Half-structure questionnaire was used for data collection by measuring the effective of execution, dilemmas, and solution programs. 503 samples were draw randomly from the teachers in junior high schools in Taipei County. The obtained data was statistically analyzed by perecntage, ranking, mean value, frequency distribution and standard deviation. The result pointed out that most teachers agree that 18 Paths of Learning Travel can help students understand their home land and get the knowledge about the nature environment and culture of Taipei County. The lack of knowledge about “18 Paths of Learning Travel”,the ability of explanation to teachers and the safty of activity are the main difficult position. According to the result and conclusions, recommendations and improving suggestions were offered for the dilemmas about execution.
