蒙古旅外籃球員發展現況之比較研究

研究者本身為蒙古國家代表隊隊員，親身經歷過蒙古籃球發展之興衰過程，對於蒙古籃球在亞洲的表現日漸走下坡，努力思考其問題癥結所在。鑒於參與過臺灣大學籃球聯賽，且昔日隊友前往臺灣打球與日、韓求學，進而希望藉由本身與隊友之訓練經驗，經過分析比較，提供蒙古籃球做為日後發展之參考。本研究從東亞四地區的大學籃球現況比較切入，探討三位蒙古籃球員奮鬥之歷程，以期了解各國大學籃球發展之特色與三位選手出國奮鬥原因等，接著利用深度訪談與球員進行經驗分享，紀錄三位選手在國外打球與求學之經驗歷程。本研究結果，發現日本、韓國與臺灣等三國大學籃球之特色如下:日本強調制式訓練，體能劣勢，歸化政策；韓國為教材統一，軍式訓練，簽約歸化；臺灣為美式球風薰陶，鋒線球員素質高，缺乏統一教材。

Being a member of the Mongolian National Basketball team, Mergen Tsetsgee had a vast opportunity to observe and gain the most intimate insight on the development of basketball development in Mongolia, as well as its gradual decline in the Asian basketball plateau, while putting a great deal of effort and though into reversing the process. The three interviewees chosen for this thesis have had participated in International Student Basketball competitions, as well as taking part in international competitions in Mongolia and Taiwan, and study in Japan and Korea, in hopes for learning experience and comparing methods in order to assist rapid development for Mongolian basketball. The main objective of this is to study and compare current state of the basketball development in four distinct regions of East Asia by interviewing three Mongolian basketball players about their journey and struggle, reason for playing and studying abroad, while attempting to gain insights on each of the unique angles of the basketball maturity in their respective universities, and using these results to bring forward a discussion about the interviewees’ experience abroad.This research discovered that the state of university basketball in three different countries; Japan, Korea, and Taiwan each have their distinct characteristics, which include: Japan with a strict and controlled training procedures, comparatively less developed physical ability, and tailored strategies, Korea with a unified training method, military-like training regime, and occasion-specific strategies, while Taiwan has an American style basketball with influence of globalization, highly professional forward players, and with not one unified training method.
