自行車道之環境視覺標識設計研究－以『屏東單車國道(長治-麟洛)』為例

摘要

近年來單車活動盛行，政府也積極的在地方上建設許多自行車道，但往往忽略自行車道區域環境的人文文化，本研究以『屏東單車國道(長治-麟洛)』為例，創作上利用有系統的區域環境標識設計， 引領大眾進入屏東單車國道環境，讓大眾在文化情感與人文歷史上對屏東縣能更深一層的認識。
在研究方法上同時採用文獻探討、田野觀察和專家訪談質性與問卷量化的混合型研究方式，以助於更趨近於事實的認知。整理歸納環境標識系統之特性與自行車道環境標識功能與法規，將自行車道環境標識系統之創作重點分為基本系統與應用系統兩大類。將視覺規範融入屏東縣全區自行車道使用，連結車道與周邊景點，使空間使用者與環境產生互動，藉此傳達在地環境與文化特質。
本研究期待能帶給政府單位在建設自行車道時，在環境標識設計上能結合自行車道區域環境之地方文化元素為參考，進而推廣當地環境特色。

Due to the recently cycling prevails, the government constructs many local bikeways, however, the two elements included humanity and culture often been left out during the process of designing. This research used “National Road Cycling at Ping-tung (Changzhi - Linlo) County as an example, researcher guided us into the environment with systematic sign design, it allows readers to understand the humanity, culture and history in Pingtung County in more meaningful way.
The mixed methods research was employed in this study. Literature review, field study, expert interview and questionnaire were used by researcher in order to obtain accurate data. Researcher classifies the environmental sign system into two different systems by sorting the character of sign system, function and rule in the environment of cycling way. Two systems include: basic and application systems. The sign system blended the vision rule with bikeway in entire Ping-tung County and connected it with peripheral spots so the users can interact with the environment, therefore the local environment and cultural feature can be propel.
The researcher hope the result of this research can bring the anticipation while government constructing the bikeways. The design ought to combine the local culture and nature environment around regions, as well as environment sign design, and promote for the local environmental character.
