自行車車架之結構分析與最佳化設計研究

摘要


本文主要是探討自行車車架之應力分析與最佳化設計,利用Pro/ENGINEER數位實體建模電腦輔助設計軟體,透過高數值計算的電腦輔助工程(CAE),模擬計算自行車車架之應力分析、測試並最佳化的車架結構設計。 車架為各廠牌自行車之特色和核心,其為自行車之標準性配備(standard equipment),其他零件如:輪胎、車把及座墊則為選擇性配備(other options)。車架之幾何設計往往決定一台自行車的性能表現,各部位管件的長度與角度,皆會影響騎乘者的感受與騎乘效果。 本文嘗試以線架構模式快速檢驗不同車架結構的應力與位移數據,再進行實體結構分析。利用線架構先建立分析結果,再推論實體結構的應力應變狀態。假設初始條件為理想狀態,且車架材質為均勻的情況中,以線架構模擬實體結構的受力與變形,其方法是可行的,因為誤差的條件是相同的。本研究亦開發一套客製化程式介面,將分析結果建立結構化檔案,藉應用程式以互動方式呈現不同條件下之固定式車架分析結果。

The purpose of this research is to study the stress analysis of bicycle frames and the optimization design using Pro/ENGINEER software to establish numerical simulation. Every bicycle factories is characterized by their bicycle frame, while is also an standard equipment of a bicycle. Other components, such as: tires, wheels, pedals are other options. The Frame geometry governs the properties and performance as well. The lengths and angles of a frame affect the rider’s feelings and riding effect. This study attempts to rapidly verify the stress and displacement data of several types of bicycle frames by implementing line schema model,then analyze the Solid structure. First, establish the analysis results by line schema model; Second, inference the stress and strain of entity structure. Assuming that the initial conditions is the ideal State, and frame material is uniform, it is feasible to simulate entity structure and deformation by line schema model. The error condition is the identical. This study also developed a customized programming interface, and organized research results into structured files. This application can interactively display analysis result under different conditions of fixed frame.
