人類獲取資訊的重要來源是視覺,而在企業形象日益被重視的今日,企業識別系統(CIS─Corporate Identity System)隱含著企業精神與願景,無疑地是企業界與外界溝通之主要視覺語言。林磐聳:「將企業經營理念與精神文化,運用整體視覺傳達系統,傳達給企業體周遭的關係者或團體,並掌握使其對企業一致的認同感與價值觀。設計出來之作品,和商業上發生關係,能在大眾視覺上留下好印象設計,設計是一種策略,一種與產業的更有效率的結合,也是一種對消費社會的無形影響力(馬場雄二,1986,5)」。 醫療機構作為企業實體的一環,其形象之建立有賴於從有自身的視覺識別系統開始,進而樹立形象,成為一個信賴品牌。本研究選擇「梅約醫學健診中心」個案作為探討醫療機構行業特性與識別系統發展之對象。藉由探索民眾在選擇健檢機構時所考量的因素,發掘其視覺標緻之意象。希望透過健康檢查視覺形象系統的建立,讓人們瞭解健康的意義,使生理及心靈、生活和環境,都能達到和諧均衡關係。 研究發現,民眾對於「先進的健檢儀器設備」、「檢查結果的準確性」、「醫師的專業能力」較為重視;而對於「休閒設施完善」、「健檢機構採取會員制度之福利」較為不重視。本研究試圖找出健診醫療企業獨特的文化,發展色彩、造型作為設計語彙,冀望設計作品日後可以作為醫療健診機構標誌,在設計或修改時的參考。
The sense of sight is the main resource for human being’s acquisition of information. Nowadays, more and more people think the image for enterprise is getting important. Thus CIS─(Corporate Identity System) turns out to be the visual language for enterprise. Lin Pan-Song once said: ’Use the whole visual communication systems, to convey a business philosophy and spiritual culture to enterprises around the relationship between the body or bodies, and mastery of their corporate identity. The designed works which brought up commercial relationship between the public and therefore left a good impression of the visual design are called commercial designs. The design is a strategy, a more efficient combination with the industry, and also a kind of consumer society invisible influence (Racecourse Yuji 1986). As a real enterprise, the image of medical organization is setup by self-appearance, followed by visual -identification system and then for brand building. This study chooses ‘Mayer medical examination center’ for case study. It examines the characteristics of medical examination affairs and develops the visual identification system. By exploring the factors that influence public intension for choosing medical examination center, this study extracts the metaphors behind the symbols. With the CIS development for medical examination center, it wished to achieve the following goals: promotion of understanding health meaning, a harmony, balance state of physiology/psychology and life/environment. This study finds out that more people care about: ’advanced medical examining equipments’; ‘the accuracy of examining’ and ‘professional skills of physicians‘. And it hopes that the culture features, colors and shapes for medical examining center which are adopted in the design works could be referenced in the future.
