摘要

現今21 世紀，隨著資訊時代的來臨，科技發展的突飛猛進，電腦已經成為
了每個人生活、工作、學習上不可或缺的工具。網路技術與提供服務的日新月異，
隨著時間的演變而不斷地進步，進一步發展出所謂的Web2.0 平台概念以滿足網
路使用者各式各樣的需求，Web2.0 其概念上是一種強調以使用者為主軸，並且
透過人與人之間的互動、分享以及參與而形成了現在Web 2.0 的世界，藉由集結
眾人的智慧及力量來完成目標，且能達成個別使用者的客製化需求，而至今已成
為網路新興發展的趨勢，同時也能廣泛地被大家所運用，知名的例子
如:YouTube、Facebook (臉書)、Wiki、Flickr 與Blog (部落格)、RSS（簡易資
訊聚合）、SNS (社會網路)、P2P、IM (即時資訊)等。
發展至今，各式各樣的新技術使得網頁的功能愈來愈強大，內容除了單純的
使用文字之外，還可以使用圖片、動畫、音樂以及各式各樣的特殊效果，讓網頁
內容更加地豐富，而不再僅僅只是文字的描述或圖片的呈現。
在這樣的時空背景之下，我們的研究及發展目標，是想要利用一方便整合及
使用的內容管理系統Joomla 來建構出一個整合型的網站，即 Blog System (部落
格系統)，並且利用RSS 新聞聯播的技術，導入老師與學生教學互動的情境。透
過社群中的使用者互相幫助、共享資源的精神，將網路上的資源做最合理且最有
效率的傳播及應用。

Today in the 21st Century, with the advent of the Information Age. The rapid
technological development, computer has become an indispensable tool for everyone
living, working and learning. Internet technology and provide services to the
ever-changing,evolved over time and continuous improvement. Further develop the
concept of the so-called Web2.0 platform to meet the needs of a wide range of
Internet users. Web2.0 is an emphasis on the concept of the user as the spindle and
through the interaction between people, to share and participate in the formation of
the current Web 2.0 world. By gathering the wisdom and strength to accomplish the
goals and it would reach a user's customized for individual needs. The Internet has
become the development trend of the emerging also can be widely used by everyone.
Development so far, a wide range of new technology makes more and more
powerful web features. In addition to the use of text content other than simple, you
can also use pictures, animations, music and a variety of special effects. Make Web
content more enriched, rather than just a description of the text or images presented.
In this space-time background, our research and development goals is to
facilitate integration and want to use a convenient management system used to
construct a Joomla integrated site. The Blog System (blog system), and use of
technology by RSS News Feeds, interaction between teachers and students into
teaching situations. Through the community of users to help each other, the spirit of
shared resources on the network to do the most reasonable and efficient dissemination
and application.
