足球專任運動教練職場問題探究

摘要


我國自民國73年起,開始推行專任運動教練制度至今已將近30年,於民國92年將專任運動教練納入教育人員任用條例之範疇當中,以冀讓專業的教練進入各級學校當中,來為競技運動發展奠定良好的基礎。由於專任運動教練納編以後,推行的效果並不顯著,受聘的專任運動教練人數依然偏低,尤其足球項目的編制內專任運動教練更是寥寥可數,故本研究旨在瞭解足球專任運動教練於職場中遭遇之各面向問題,並透過與四名資深足球專任運動教練的深度訪談,來深入剖析目前專任運動教練制度窒礙難行的問題所在,以期提供有建設性之建議。研究結果發現,所有研究參與者對於納編皆給予正面的肯定,但對於目前制度中獎懲考評、資格審核以及聘用人數項目認為還有待改善;而資源不足、家長介入、個人心態、職務不定與選手斷層是目前專任運動教練們遭遇到最普遍的職場問題;未來則是希望能增聘編制內的員額,並建立良好的考評選訓制度,讓學校與地方結合,使專任運動教練制度的推行能夠更加長遠。

Since 1984, Taiwan was promoted school sport coach system has been nearly 30 years. In 2003, school sport coaches finally preparation into the Appointment ordinance of the Educators. Expect to let the professional coaches into all level schools to development and lay a good foundation in competitive sports. As the school sport coach preparation into the Educators, the implementation of the effect is not significant, established-school-sport-coach number is still low, especially in football program. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to understand all kinds of problems that football school sport coaches encountered in the workplace. Through depth interviews of four senior football school sport coaches and in-depth analysis the problem of school-sport-coach-system, in order to provide constructive suggestions. The results showed that all participants satisfied that the code are to give positive affirmation, but the reward, punishment, evaluation, eligibility and the number of employed in this system still need to be improved. Lack of resources, parental involvement, personal attitude, position uncertainty and players fault is a school sport coach met with the most common workplace issues. Future recommendations are recruiting establishment post, building a good check-selection system and connecting schools and local community, making the implementation of school-sport-coach-system last longer and longer.
