家長參與校務對行政及教學衝突影響之研究-以新北市四所國民中小學為例

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解家長參與校務對行政及教學衝突的影響,並以新北市4所國民中小學進行了解。研究從以下方面進行了解,首先了解國民中小學中行政及教學的衝突情形;其次探究國民中小學家長參與校務情形;最後分析家長參與校務對行政及教學衝突情形之影響。為了回答上述問題,本研究採用訪談法,以新北市4所學校之12位人員(含國中小各2所之兼任行政職務教師、未兼任行政職務教師及家長代表)為研究對象進行訪談,透過文獻分析及訪談結果,獲致下列結論: 一、行政及教學衝突各校多有,並以日常工作事項及個人權益為主要導火線。 二、家長參與校務情形以中小型、國小階段及非都會地區之學校較佳。 三、家長參與校務情形愈佳者,愈能協助處理行政及教學衝突。 四、家長參與校務協助處理行政及教學衝突多數獲致正向結果。 五、家長參與校務協助處理行政及教學衝突讓校園更加民主多元化。 最後依據研究結論,提出對學校、家長、教育行政機關及後續研究之建議。

This study aimed to understand the Influence of parental participation affecting the conflict of administration and the teaching ,take the example of the four elementary and junior high schools in New Taipe City. Research from the following aspects of understanding, first of all understand the elementary and junior high school administration and teaching in conflict situations; followed to explore the situation of the elementary and junior high school parental participation; the final analysis, parents in school administration and teaching of the impact of conflict situations. To answer the above question, this study used interviews, four schools 12 staff (including junior of two of the administrative duties of teachers, and administrative duties are not representative of teachers and parents) were interviewed for the study, through literature analysis and interviews, the following conclusions have been caused by: First, many school administrative and teaching conflict there, and to matters of daily work and personal interests as the main fuse. Second, parents participate in school situations to small, medium and non-primary stage of the school district will be better. Third, parents who participate in school situations the better, more able to assist in school administration and teaching conflict. Fourth, the parents involved in school administration and teaching to help deal with the conflict most of being a positive result. Fifth, parents participate in school administration and teaching to help deal with conflict so that the campus is more democratic pluralism. Finally, the basis research conclusion, proposes of suggestion to the school, parents, administration institution and the following research.
