塑膠射出成型模具製造技術員所需專業能力內涵之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討「塑膠射出成型模具製造技術員」之專業能力內涵及專業能力之相對權重,為達成研究目的,本研究透過文獻探討、實地訪談、專家會議、專家審查以及問卷調查等方法進行研究,研究工具則是採由該職業領域人員依功能分析法所導出之「功能樹狀圖」以及「塑膠模具製作技術員所需專業能力相對權重問卷」等兩項,功能樹狀圖用以導出「塑膠射出成型模具製造技術員之專業能力標準」,「相對權重問卷」用以進行各項專業能力項目相對權重之評估。 本研究獲致之結果,歸納出以下結論: 1. 「塑膠模具製作技術員所需專業能力」應包括「認識塑膠材料與模具材料」、「認識塑膠成型設備與技術」、「熟悉模具加工機械與加工方法」、「製作塑膠射出模具組件」、「組立及檢測塑膠射出模具」、「測試及整修塑膠射出模具」、「檢查及保養塑膠射出模具」與「認識快速成型/快速造模/逆向工程」等8項主要功能,主要功能下導出29項次要功能, 次要功能之下又可分析出83項功能單元,每一項功能單元再經分析,總共獲得表現規準 226項、相關知能 746項。 2. 在所發展的八項主要功能當中,以「熟悉模具加工機械與加工方法」最為重要,其次才是「製作塑膠射出模具組件」,其他依次為「組立及檢測塑膠射出模具」、「測試及整修塑膠射出模具」、「檢查及保養塑膠射出模具」、「認識塑膠材料與模具材料」、「認識塑膠成型設備與技術」、「認識快速成型/快速造模/逆向工程」。 3. 本研究成果可做為我國培育模具製造技術人力課程項目及內容之依據,或做為業界選才之參考。

The purpose of this research was to discuss the workers’ professional competency standard who make plastic molds and the related importance of professional competency. In order to achieve this goal, this research proceed to research by document analysis, focus group, interviewing on the spot, professional discussion, professional examination and filling in the questionnaire. This research used the functional map which is conducted by professional workers and the related importance questionnaire about the professional ability standard needed in plastic making workers as two pieces of tool. The functional map can conduct the professional competency standard of workers who make plastic molds. And the related importance questionnaire can proceed to estimate the related importance of every kind of professional ability items. This research concluded that: The professional competency which is needed in making plastic molds should include “to know the material of molds “, “to know the facilities and techniques of plastic molds-making “, “ to make the items of making plastic molds “, “to organize and examine the plastic molds “ , “to test and fix the plastic molds”, “ to check and maintain the plastic molds “ , “to know RE/RP/RT” 8 major functions. The major functions can conduct 29 miner functions and we can also conduct 83 functional items from minor functions. We again analyze every functional items and we obtain 226 performance regulations and 746 related knowledge and techniques. In these 8 major functions which were just developed, “be familiar with the mold-processing machine and the methods of processing “is the most important one, and next is “ to make plastic mold items “. And the follows are “ to organize and examine the plastic molds “, “to test and fix the plastic molds”, “ to check and maintain the plastic molds “, “to know the material of molds “, “to know the facilities and techniques of plastic molds-making “ and“to know RE/RP/RT” The result of this research can be the basis of the course items and course contents which can develop our manpower in plastic molds making or reference of hiring workers in business.
