摘要

國際化與全球化時代來臨，我國政府為打造與全球同步的國際化的台灣，提出「營造英語生活環境建設計畫」。其中製播英語新聞廣電節目為其重要一環，為了在台灣的外籍人士，讓他們能多了解台灣。但如何才能將台灣的訊息透過廣播正確地傳遞給在台外籍人士了解，專業的廣播新聞翻譯及播音員廣播品質是重要因素。廣播新聞翻譯的品質認定應透過目標聽眾反應來了解翻譯策略是否正確，以為改進參考。

With the coming of globalization, Taiwan government intends to be more internationalized to catch up with the changing world. Matching plan is to build an English living environment. In the plan, English broadcast news is one of the most important schemes. The purpose of the scheme is to serve local expatriates to make them learn more about Taiwan in many respects. But how the messages can be successfully and precisely conveyed lies in the quality of news translation and anchors. Also the quality of English broadcast news should be decided by the target audience.
