評估中小學資訊科技融入教學之線上調查系統

摘要


本研究的目的在於發展一套評估資訊科技融入教學的線上調查系統及相關的問卷。以中小學校長、主任、資訊組長、和教師為測試對象,進行系統與問卷的測試。系統設計方面,重點在於探討系統功能的可用性和網路調查可能遭遇的困難。問卷方面,研擬了主管問卷和老師問卷,以所開發的調查系統進行線上問卷測試,重點在於探討問卷題目的適宜性。 本研究的測試結果如下: 一、系統:測試時,系統的連線、線上問卷的呈現、記錄與圖表的呈現、資料庫資料的存取等皆穩定,可確定系統運作已具穩定性。如何分析取得之資料所代表的意義,是未來需探討的議題。於測試過程中亦發現,擬以線上系統取得資料尚不易,目前在國內尚有實施的一些困難。 二、問卷:多數測試者皆可順利完成問卷,但有少數測試者覺得部分題目的題意不清。問卷題目是否能真正評估資訊科技融入教學,如何使問卷題目更本土化,配分方式如何調整,仍待未來更深入的探討。

The purpose of this study was to develop an online survey system and its related questionnaires for collecting data concerning school ICT integration. The focus was on testing the usability of the system and the questionnaires. Principals, school directors, technology coordinators, and teachers were invited to test the online survey system and the questionnaires. The results of this study are as follows: The survey system: During the testing period, the system functioned normally. The presentation of the questionnaires, the recording of online data, the presentation of charts, and the access to the databases were quite stable. However, the issue of how to effectively analyze the obtained online data needs to be explored further in the future. Using an online survey to collect data is still facing some obstacles that require investigators consider better strategies to overcome the hurdles. The questionnaires: Most of the participants were able to complete the questionnaires. However, some of them indicated that certain question items were not clear enough. The issue of how to construct a locally appropriate online questionnaire constitutes an important challenge for the future study.
