本研究旨在探討我國各地區室內設計公司對於電腦化內涵差異性,並探討所使用電腦軟硬體設備的現況。透過文獻探討、專家及學者訪談、業界問卷調查等方法蒐集所需資料,並以百分比(percentage)、卡方檢定(Chi-Square Test)等統計方法,進行分析歸納,進而建立室內設計業電腦化實施與相關機關對於教育訓練的參考依據。 本研究所獲得之結論如下﹕ 一、不同地區別與開業年數的不同,對於實施電腦化看法有明顯的差異性存在。 二、室內設計公司電腦化是必然的趨勢﹔雖各地區室內設計公司對電腦化的看法有些許差異,但對於電腦化的趨勢卻是持肯定的態度。 三、多元化的電腦技能是未來室內設計公司人員必備的能力﹔由於室內設計公司其模規均較小,其人員對於電腦所需的能力要求均需全方位。 四、加強電腦化資訊取得方便性為首要之務﹔室內設計公司對於電腦化的需求非常高,但實際上相關資訊取得不易,例如﹕系統的規劃、相關軟體�硬體的取得、員工的教育訓練等等,目前為止相關資訊取得與服務並不多見。 五、人員培訓不易與人才流動率太高情形嚴重﹔人員培訓不易與人才流動率太高是目前室內設計公司最感無力之處。 六、缺乏合適的軟體﹔目前一般室內設計專用軟體大都由國外所引進,其設計的環境與國內的設計裝修環境有相當的差距,導致於使用上較費時且常常無法達到預期的效果。 七、電腦軟體�硬體費用太高﹔室內設計公司模規均較小,其財力規模相對也較小,而且電腦的汰舊換新速度均非常快,對於室內設計公司而言,均是不小的負擔,這也是多數推行電腦化所遇見的困難點。
This research is to study the computerization difference in the interior house design and evaluation of the usage of computer hardware and software. In the research, there are the methods of studying references, and interviews with experts and scholars, surveys in several design companies to collect required information, which is analyzed by the statistical procedures such as Percentage and Chi-Square Test. From the investigation and analysis, we hope that the conclusion is able to build the foundation of interior house design in computerization and the training plan in several educational institutions. There are several conclusions from the research as the following: 1.There are noticeable difference in the options of computerization from the different regions and the business longevity. 2.Although there are different options about computerization in these design companies, they positively agree that the trend of the computer aid is inevitable. 3.The multiple computer skills is required by the future design companies due to the small size of the enterprise. In this case, the staff is greatly expected to obtain capacities in all computer design technique. 4.The primary action is to improve the convenience of acquiring the computerization information. When design companies have the desire to computerization, the relative information is not easy to obtain. For example, computer system building up, the acquirement of hardware and software, the training of the staff and so on, these information and service are not easily found. 5.The training of the staff is not easy and the frequencies of discontinue employment are too high. This is what makes the design companies frustrated. 6.The shortage of software. Most of the design software are imported from other countries, but they are not very suitable to use in our country for the different design environment. Therefore, utilization and result are limited. 7.The cost of software and hardware is very high. The majority of design companies are quite small. Their financial strength is relative small too. What’s more, the depreciation of computer are quick. The overhead expense is high to these companies. This is primary problem of the computerization lots of they encountered.
