本研究是利用測功儀模擬西式划船選手手先拉槳腳再蹬、手腳同時拉槳推蹬、腳先蹬手再拉及選手自己習慣..等四種不同手腳配合方式的划槳動作。受試者是國立台灣師範大學體划船隊隊員八名其平均身高、年齡、體重分別為174.4+4.5公分、21.15+2.0歲、68.87+4.1公斤,實驗進行是以Peak高速攝影機為主要實驗工具,針對八名划船選手四種不同划槳動作進行運動學資料收集,資料經由處理分析與討論後得到得出以下結論: (一)手先啟動拉槳再蹬腳的划槳動作划能充分運用腳蹬力量之 優勢。 (二)選手自己最習慣的划槳動作有利加大划幅距離及做短暫的休息 準備下一次的拉槳。 (三)腳先蹬手再拉槳動作與手腳同時拉槳推蹬在重心水平位移、拉 槳回時間百分比及槳柄水平速度方面並無差異。 關鍵詞:划槳動作、回槳、運動學
The purpose of this study was to utility the ergometer to simulate the boat rowing to examinate the rower’s four different types of rowing movement. Subjects were the NTNU rowing vasity and their average height, weihgt and age were 174.4 +4.5cm, 68.87+4.1kg and 21.15+2.0yrs, respectively. Peak Performance Motion Analysis System was used to collect kinematic data for this study. After calculating and ananlysing, the conclusions were reached as followings: 1. The rowing movement of hands pulling first then legs pushing could suffice to use push-off force of leg. 2.The rower’s custom rowing movement advantaged to get long rowing horizotal distance and rest time. 3.The rowing movement of legs pushing first then hand pulling and legs pushing and hands pulling simultanous have nothing different in C.G movement distance、drive and recovery time and oar horizontal velocity .
