即寫即用式微控制器系統之設計研究

摘要


本研究主要的目的在設計一套微控制器系統,讓未修習過微控制器課程的其他專業領域人士,能在不須親自設計複雜的硬體電路下,可立即進行常用的I/O控制,並且在設計時,可以符合「系統可以即寫即用」、「操作介面容易上手」的特點來進行。本系統於完成設計時,硬體的部分包含「可程式輸入介面板」和「I/O連結控制板」;軟體的部分包含組合語言程式共8572行,所需的程式記憶體大小為22K bytes;已發展的指令有15個,可執行開關、呼叫、跳躍、音樂等類別的指令,可讓使用者進行常用的I/O控制動作。在操作方面,使用者以九個按鍵就可操作PNR微控制器系統所有的功能,並且以類似電視遊戲機遙控器的握持方式來輸入,可順應使用者的操作習慣及增加接受度。在設計的過程所獲得的經驗與建議如下所述: 1.本系統採程式輸入裝置和裝配線路裝置分離的做法,可以提高使用者輸入的方便性。 2.以圖形式LCD為顯示單元時,在系統功能的設計上會有比較豐富的變化方式。 3.未來可採用具有觸控板(touch PAD)的LCD來進行設計,可以節省按鍵所佔用的空間,縮小本系統的尺寸。 4.在系統所提供的指令方面,可以往更細微的控制動作繼續發展。 5.在教育價值上,本系統經過學習試驗,結果反映本系統具有良好的教育價值,未來可往結合各科教學方面繼續研究。 The major purpose of this research is to design a Micro-controller System that users without background in electric circuit can control I/O easily and don’t need to design complex hardware by themselves. This system complies with this two points of “program and run” and “handling operation interface easily”. The system uses MSC-51 microcontroller, including “Programmable Input Interface board” as well as “I/O link and control board” in hardware and 8,572 line source codes, needed 22K bytes program memory in software. Following are my conclusions and suggestions from the research process: 1.The system can improve convenience for a user entries data by separated program entry and circuits install device in the system. 2.It is more flexible on the design of the system for graphic LCD. 3.The development of the system will be able to use LCD of touch PAD to reduce the keyboard space and shrink size in the future. 4.The instructions of the system can be designed more detail movement in the future. 5.After a learning activity, the result shows that the system is good for teaching. “How to use the system on teaching activities” is a good research in the future.
