中文摘要 本論文旨在探討「國際技能競賽模具工職類選手培訓成效評判」。 經由蒐集國內外有關模具工職類技術能力、技能競賽和選手培訓之相關文獻,進行專家座談會議、問卷調查和實地訪談,將資料整理、分析和歸納,並應用模糊綜合評判、SPSS統計分析與田口品質工程等方法來解析。 模糊綜合評判後可獲致的認知、情意及技能等三大領域之因素集權重為:32﹪、15﹪、53﹪。以第一型普通矩陣算法綜合評判結果分別為:4.64、4.85及4.75等級,可達到「優」等級。此即表示模糊綜合評判可應用於模具工職類選手培訓成效的評判。 使用SPSS統計分析軟體,將所蒐集之問卷作變異數同質性檢定、單因子變異數分析、Post Hoc檢定 Scheffe法多重比較等統計分析後,可知不同職稱、學歷和年齡均無任何顯著性(P<0.05),故採用Delphi法所編製的問卷,是達到選手培訓成效評判一定水準的量表。另經描述性統計量的分析後,,可得專家對認知、情意及技能等領域之平均數為:4.6371、4.8485、4.7574,與模糊綜合評判作比對非常接近。因此綜合評判的結果是正確且可有效達到研究的目的。 應用田口品質工程之SN訊躁比回應解析最佳化的參數因子及其影響程度(貢獻率)。解析結果得知,影響國際技能競賽模具工職類選手訓練之最佳參數因子為:知覺0.7、複雜的外表反應為2.5、適應為 0.65與創作為0.25。其中影響最鉅之參數為複雜的外表反應,其貢獻率約為80% 。期望本研究所獲致之準確性和實用性之評判結果,可提供技能競賽模具工職類選手培訓和職業訓練教育之參考。
Abstract The study of this thesis is focused on ‘Training effectiveness assessment on World skill competition, the press tool making trade’. Methods applied in this study include collecting papers both domestically and abroad the skill classifying, competition, contestants training; organizing experts meeting; interviewing and question airing; then arrange, analyze and sum up the materials, working together with Fuzzy synthesis assessment, SPSS statistics analysis, Taguchi quality engineering and more. Analyzed with Fuzzy synthesis assessment, the outcome indicates the three categories- knowledge, attitude, and skill- take a weight percentage of 32%, 15% and 53% respectively. With type 1 common matrix calculation, the result scores are: 4.64, 4.85 and 4.75, ranked as ‘excellent.’ This indicates that fuzzy synthesis assessment is applicable to determine the training effectiveness of press tool making trade. The SPSS statistics analysis software is utilized to accomplish several jobs, such as: verifying the variation number on returned questionnaires, analyzing single-factored variation numbers, Post Hoc inspecting, Scheffe multi comparison. The outcome of SPSS analysis shows there’s little difference (P 0.05) between separate profession title, educational background and age, therefore questionnaires compiled with Delphi theory are better at judging training effectiveness. Meanwhile, with Describing statistics analysis, the result average scores on knowledge, attitude and skill are 4.6371, 4.8485 and 4.7574 sequentially, similar to that of Fuzzy synthesis assessment. Obviously, through multi-analysis, a correct and functioning study objective can be reached. The SN signal ratio resonance of Taguchi quality engineering is used to examine the extent of impact (greatness of contribution.) The study shows that during contestants training, the best affecting factors are: sense 0.7, complicated appearance reaction 2.5, adapting 0.65 and idea 0.25. Among these, the complicated appearance reaction plays the most major role; it helps up to 80% of the whole job. It’s the expectation that this study could be of help pragmatically on competitors training and vocational education in the field of Press tool making World competition.
