台北市立國民中學輔導老師資訊需求之探討

摘要

本研究之目的為探求台北市立國民中學輔導教師的資訊需求，透過對其工作任務的分析，找出輔導教師在執行工作（教學活動、心理測驗、個案輔導、團體輔導及輔導行政等五項任務）時之資訊需求與資訊尋求行為，其中包含：影響資訊需求的因素、各項任務之資訊需求情形、常用的資訊來源、資訊的提供方式、使用的資料類型、網路的使用現況及「台北市輔導資訊網」之建置。
本研究主要採用問卷調查法，以分層隨機抽樣取得樣本，有效問卷共計144份。問卷所得之各項資料，以社會科學統計套裝軟體視窗版（SPSS）進行統計分析，。
研究結果顯示，影響輔導教師資訊需求的相關因素中，以「方便性」最為重要。而輔導教師之工作任務，以「教學活動」最常感到有資訊需求，其次是「個案輔導」，而以「輔導行政」的資訊需求最少，而不同工作任務之資訊需求又各有其獨特性。「輔導室」自身即為輔導教師最常用，也被認為是「應主動提供資訊」並「能確實提供資訊」之資訊來源；「書面資料發放」為最常見且最讓輔導教師接受的資訊提供方式，而以「教科書」為最常使用的資料類型。
在網路的使用上，有七成的輔導教師認為網路是重要的資訊來源管道，在網路的主要活動是「找教學或輔導相關資料」，「資料豐富」與「沒有時間」則影響網路使用的主要原因。對於「北市輔導資訊網」的服務要求則以「教材方案」的提供最為需要。
研究結果亦顯示，性別、教育背景、教學年資及輔導年資上的不同對於輔導教師工作上資訊需求的項目，不論是在教學活動、心理測驗、個案輔導、團體輔導及輔導行政都沒有顯著差異；但現職中兼任輔導行政的輔導教師與專任輔導教師，在「輔導行政」上的資訊需求有顯著差異。網路的使用情形中，「教學年資」高的教師對於網路的使用頻率與依賴程度明顯低於資淺者。
最後則針對研究結果提出相關建議，並提供未來研究之方向。

The objective of the study on probing information needs of school counselors in Taipei junior high school is to figure out the information needs and information seeking behaviors containing influential factors & conditions of information needs on each tasks ,information origin in common usage, providing access &used types of information, usage on website and establishment of guiding information website of Taipei. When school counselors on executing five tasks-teaching activities ,mental test, individual guidance, group guidance , and guiding administration by task analysis.
Questionnaire is tended to used as main pattern of the study by radon sampling to obtain the samples from 144valid copies. Each information from questionnaire us used to carry on statistic analysis through SPSS.
The result shows that relative factors affecting information needs of school counselors points to convenience as the significance. Regarding to the tasks of school counselors is often thought of having individual characteristics in different ones. The possessing information needs point to teaching activities , however , individual guidance and guiding administration get less information needs separately. Counseling center is often used as information origin in providing information actively and reliably for school counselors. Written information issued is the common and acceptable style of providing information and textbook is became to the frequent usage of informational style.
In Internet usage, 70 percent school counselors think that Internet is important access to obtain information. Seeking for relative information on teaching or guidance is the core part of Internet. The influential factor of using Internet put emphasis on searching abundant information and efficient time. The demand of service of Taipei guiding information website is providing a material program as necessity.
The result shows that the difference of gender, educational background , teaching experiences and guiding experiences have no obvious distinctness for school counselors obtaining information needs of guiding administration is compared full-time school counselors. The frequency and dependence on using Internet for teachers having longer teaching experiences are obviously lower than shorter ones.
Eventually, proposing relative suggestions to the result of study and providing future directions of researching.
