本研究目的在於發展教室即時評量行動載具軟體,輔助老師在課堂即時形成性評量活動的進行,並評估學生的學習成效。 經由研究一、研究二在大同高中一位英文老師與授課兩班高一英文課程的實驗研究觀察,透過實驗觀察分析、實驗問題分析、實驗數據分析和實驗軟體改進分析,結果顯示,本研究達到了以下三個目標: 1. 本研究所開發的軟體能協助教師輕易地進行課堂上的即時形成性評量活動,並提供可穩定支援40人進行評量活動的無線網路傳輸機制與無虞的軟硬體設定模式。 2. 即時性評量軟體搭配平版電腦PDA長時間融入課堂中使用後,實驗組與控制組在英文學習成就上的差異逐漸縮小。另外,實驗組的學習成就比控制組呈現出更穩定的成長。 3. 本研究說明了行動載具設備和無線網路環境在實際教學中使用優點和限制。
The purposes of this study were to develop a wireless formative assessment software to help teacher conduct formative assessment in the classroom, and to evaluate the learning effects of students. One junior high school English teacher and two classes participate the evaluation experiment. Through the observations and analyses of experiment process, experiment problems ,experiment data and software analysis, has arrived three objectives: 1. The formative assessment software in this study assist teacher to conduct formative assessment in the classroom, and could offer a wireless environment to support 40 students using wireless network smoothly. A stable software/hardware wireless structure supporting classroom formative assessment has been established. 2. After a long-term evaluation using the formative assessment software with Tablet PC and PDA, the difference of English learning performance between the experimental and control groups were reduced. Furthermore, the increase of achievement of experimental group was more stable then the control group. 3. We explored and documented the benefits and costs of using mobile and wireless devices in teaching activities in a classroom.
