國小高年級女童不同身體質量指數與運動覺之研究 研 究 生:張 麟 洪 指 導 教 授:林德隆 博士 日 期:2004年月 摘 要 本研究主要目的是在探討不同身體質量指數在運動覺能力之差異情形。以國小六年級女學童(平均年齡為12.4±0.4歲),共116名為受試對象。依身體質量指數之不同由低到高,分為過輕(35人)、正常(48人)、過重(33人)三種體型組別。運用動覺方位辨別儀作為測量之儀器,以肘關節向內移動45度與90度為目標測試角度。記錄自行移動位置之角度與指定測試角度比較後得之絕對角度誤差值,用以代表運動覺能力。資料分析採用單因子變異數考驗運動覺表現成績差異情形。研究結果顯示:在不同身體質量指數中,正常體型和過輕體型兩組在運動成績表現上均優於過重體型組。 關 鍵 詞 : 國小高年級女童、身體質量指數、運動覺
The study of the body mass index and kinesthetic sense on elementary female student Master’s Thesis, 2004 Ling-Hong Chang Advisor: Der-Lung Lin, Ph.D. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to evaluate the differences between different body mass index (BMI) and kinesthetic sense (KS) on the elementary 6th grade female students. The subjects are 116 elementary 6th grade female students (average age 12.4 ±0.4), and are divided 3 groups by different BMI (underweight, normal, and overweight groups). The testing instrument is a kinesthesiometer, and the testing angles are 45 and 90 by subject’s elbow flexion. The absolute errors are obtained to execute to the study. The ANOVA and pos hoc are this study’s statistical methods , and the result reveals that KS of normal BMI group and underweight BMI group are better than overweight BMI group.
